Did anyone watch Miss Universe tonight? Miss USA had the dress…

Did anyone watch Miss Universe tonight? Miss USA had the dress designed on Project Runway on. I thought it was nice, but not the best dress up there. Japan's dress was classy. And I thought Puerto Rico's dress was inappropriate.

• • I think it was because of the bottom of the dress, it kinda made me thought she was going to have some WOW fabulous hair, just way too ordinary for the dress.
