Welcome to ed_winry, for fans of the romance and friendship between Edward Elric and Winry Rockbell, from the anime and manga Fullmetal Alchemist.

Community Rules

1. No introductory posts. We know you like Ed/Win. That's why we're all here!

2. Stay on topic. While comment threads might go off on tangents, keep all posts to the community on-topic.

3. Posts containing links to fansubbed or scanlated material must be Friends-Locked to the community. Also, please try to pick out the Ed/Winry parts of the manga/anime (either one) when posting, or at least point them out for discussion.

4. Please place fanfiction, fanart, icons and long discussion posts under an LJ cut. If you do not know how to use an LJ cut, here's the FAQ. Images and embedded videos outside an LJ cut should not exceed 400x400 pixels, and please limit teaser icons to three or fewer. Here's what 400x400 looks like.

5. Please put a rating and a subject when posting fanwork. Any Not Safe For Work material must be clearly labeled.

6. Linking to fanfiction, icons, or other graphics in another journal is fine as long as you mention that the link or fake cut goes to a journal other than ed_winry. For anyone who has issues about viewing other people's journal layouts, adding ?style=mine at the end of the URL will display any journal in your journal's style

7. Promoting other communities, including RPG communities, is fine, but please limit promotions only to communities of interest specifically to Ed/Win fans or at the very least, Fullmetal Alchemist fans.

8. We love anime Ed/Win (both animes). We love manga Ed/Win. While each of us may have individual preferences, please keep any negative comparisons to your own journal.

9. domlandbubbles is in charge of community contests and other events, however, if you would like to run a contest or event in the community, drop her a line either in this screened post or at her email handsqueeziedeath at yahoo dot com. You can always make a community specifically for the contest/event and promote it at ed_winry.

10. These rules may be amended as situations arise.
