1. (vulgar, slang, offensive, まれに) Government or rule by women.
   • 2008, Imagining Selves: Essays in Honor of Patricia Meyer Spacks (Associated University Presse) →ISBN, page 73, quoting and then translating a much earlier writing by Charles-Pinot Duclos:
     […] 'feminized' countries could not defend or even government themselves. The roots of the decline of everything were 'discovered' in women (または in the petimetre, a feminized man). Charles-Pinot Duclos [...] wrote: '[...] ceci est une conocratie!' [...] (What we have is a cuntocracy.) This idea of the woman who exploits her sexual power will become the theme of numerous paintings by Boucher, Fragonard, and Watteau.
