The Original Elektra Community

This is the original community for fans of the comic book character, Elektra.Elektra was first created by Frank Miller as the token college girlfriend of Daredevil. Similar to the character in Greek mythology, she had a strong attachment to her father, whose death embittered her for life. She was seduced into the evil organization of ninjas called The Hand, but fought the darkness that claimed her mind. After slaying their finest champion, she escaped their clutches. The Hand have been hunting her ever since.For years, Elektra has made her living as one of the world's most notorious assassins. Eventually, she died at the hands of Daredevil's arch-nemesis, Bullseye, but was speedily revived by her creator because she's too fucking cool to stay dead. Nearly a decade later, her legacy continued in the newest self-titled series from Marvel Knights.This community welcomes just about anything Elektra-related. Even sai-related. Please be mindful of the one rule we have, however, and that's: staying on topic. That mostly means no spamming about other communities. We're a tough crowd. Oh well.
