Hello and Welcome to the Tom Felton graphics community.

This journal is now an open community, anyone can join.
+This community does not tolerate ignorance. If you are only here to rant about how much you hate Tom felton or any of his characters go somewhere else.
+Bashing or Flaming is NOT TOLERATED. You may criticize the artist if they request it.You will be banned if you are caught.
+Any off topic posts will be deleted as soon as they are spotted.

THIS COMMUNITY IS FRIENDS ONLY YOU MUST COMMENT TO BECOME A MEMBER AND YOU MUST FRIEND THIS COMMUNITY TO SEE THE GRAPHICS

+Clearly state which icons are usable or unusable. (We do not want any mix ups)
+If you have more than 3 icons or your posts contains headers, banners etc please post them under lj-cuts.
+teasers have a maximum of 3 fairly sized graphics
+Any icons with profanity MUST be under an Lj-cut
+Any icons with content that is not fit for the eyes of a child under the age of 13 MUST be under Lj-cuts
+This community is not subject to just Tom Felton or his characters. You may post icons or any graphics for harry Potter, The Borrowers etc as long as they are related to Tom in one way or another.
+This community is not subject to just lj-icons meaning one can make/post banners, headers, backgrounds, AIM icons, Layouts etc.
+when posting bases/blanks state whether they are usable or not.
+Any pairings (icluding Slash m/m romance) are allowed here as long as considerable warning is given
+All posts are "Friends-only"

+Comment to the graphic maker
+Credit the icon maker.
+Do not steal graphics. If we catch you stealing anything you WILL NOT BE GIVEN A WARNING BUT BANNED IMMEDIATELY. The Mods will take the time to check through these journals to see if you are crediting properly.
+For GJ or Deadjournal or any other types of journals, Leave your username and which web blog you use so we can make sure you are crediting.

+Post your request only once.
+If your request has not been answered a week after it is posted, one of the moderators will comply to it
+All requests must be friends only.

The memories section will be organized by the graphic makers lj username. Every posting member will have their own memories folder. Requests will be kept in a request folder.
