Administrative Team for Fiery Inception

This is a friends-only community for organizing administrative duties for fiery_inception.

Daily Tasks
1. Check Administration Email at fiery_inception@yahoo.com and answer any questions, change thread tags from incomplete to complete as requested, post topics in need of discussion on this board, etc.

2. Check the inception_apps and make sure all applications are acknowledged, discussed, and accepted, clarification requests made, or rejected in a timely manner.

3. Check the fiery_inception and make sure tags are up-to-date on threads.

Weekly Tasks

1. Advertising--if we are going to ask our players to help with this task, we should still make a weekly post on the OOC board with the appropriate links and make sure one person knows they have been asked to be 'responsible' for that task. If we are going to keep it in admin control, we should pick a day of the week and make sure one of us is on it.

2. Synopsis--fi_synopsis Once a week (should we pick a specific day or leave it flexible?) we need to make a brief summary post of the 'main' threads/plots which have occurred on the board--the threads we, as administrators, have initiated or nudged along for game continuity. A post should also go up in the OOC community to remind people to reply to the synopsis each week with a brief summary of what their character, specifically, has been doing.

For Each New Player
Whenever a new person is accepted into the game, the administrator sending their 'acceptance' announcement needs to:

1. Invite and accept them into all the game communities for posting privilages.
2. Make an introductory announcement in the OOC community
3. Make sure their email address gets added to our player's list of email addresses in the Yahoo email account.
4. Update the taken/available character list with the proper link to the character's journal.
