We're a group of flist-related cohorts who are supporting each other's individualized diet, fitness, relaxation, event training, weight reduction, strengthening and/or general health-related goals through mutual feedback, suggestions, and information sharing. We also just gab a lot.

No two "plans" in this community are alike, nor are our goals, save for contributing to a community wherein we all want to become healthier. We're at different places and are on different paths. We range from slop-os to buff. This is the beauty of LJ.

When you ask to join, the moderator will take a look at your goals and assign your gym rat nickname (this is a deeply spiritual undertaking).

Granted, we likely already know you, but we just won't recognize you in your Spandex(tm). Your first post should include the following:

Why you joined "Forced Reps".
What are your goals/timeline?
What are you looking for from the group?
Do you plan to post a workout log of some kind? If so, daily or weekly? Do you want us to comment?
Do you plan to post a food log? If so, daily or weekly? (Note: All food logs must be lj-cut at this time. This may change.) Do you want us to comment?
Do you have any fitness-related area of expertise from which we might draw? (This is not required. In fact, if you'd rather write a pathetic geek story from junior high P.E., go right ahead.)
