This is a community intended for all of the free users of Livejournal to share information on how to get the most out of their free accounts, how to design and customize their journals, and the issues that effect their use of Livejournal.

We here at free_users believe that the free use of Livejournal is at the website's heart! Livejournal provides open source software, and the free use of open source websites should be considered the rule, not the exception.

We also honestly believe that the use of a free account should not be considered 'freeloading' and Livejournal members who cannot pay should not be criticized because they could not afford a paid accout. For this reason, any posts attacking free users will be deleted.
