[mood \|annoyed]Yesterday while at the movies, the preview for this was shown.Has anyone else seen it (the clip, not the movie)Was anyone else disturbed by just how SUPER HYPERSEXUALIZED these young teenagers are made out to be..... I understand that teens DO have sex, but this just made me really bothered.Perhaps it was the whole message that "sex is weapon" and can be used to hurt people as well as get what you want out of someone.I dunno :( it just kinda upset me.......X-posted

All I could do was freeze and stare at my work, eyes glazing over, face feeling tingly and mouth agape."Just because a female character is scantily clad and is ridiculously big boobs doesn't mean the game is SEXIST. Sometimes those characters even have strong personalities!"er, that doesn't "make up" for physical objectification, sorry."Besides, most gamers are men so they have to cater to that audience!"yeah, because all men are stupid chauvenist bastards and won't play a game unless it's disgustingly sexist. They'd never buy a game that had a fully clothed female, no females, or gasp a gender-ambiguous character (metroid, anyone?). Like it's acceptable for a game to be sexist because its intended audience is males, wtf kind of reasoning is that? "Besides, there are plenty of GIRL games out there. My cousin just got the new Barbie game!"Hm, so girls are only drawn towards games that come in pretty pink boxes and would never be interested in anything as unfeminine as blowing shit up and/or killing monsters/zombies/aliens/nazis.
