Hey all! Welcome to the blog where I'll archive and upload new chapters of Galatea and the much-awaited sequal Galatea: Remix.
If you're unfamiliar with the work (then how the heck did you get here?), Galatea is my, 
fencer_x's, mammoth DNAngel work exploring the development of a relationship between the Hikari family curse Krad and his Tamer, Hikari/Hiwatari Satoshi. It not-so-recently finished being posted, and I'm hard at work on the sequal which will, hopefully, see the light of day SOON.
As the sequal will definitely break ratings barriers present at fanfiction.net, where the original is archived, posts above an R/M rating will be archived here, with censored versions available to the readers who don't wish to see the subject matter that earns it higher ratings (yeah, somewhere in all that gabber I was talking about sex).

[x] This is a community for Galatea and Galatea only. It's not to be snobby, it's to keep it uncluttered. There are plenty of DNAngel related LJ comms already, which I'll be linking to at the bottom. General DNAngel series questions should be directed to those communities. Galatea-verse specific questions are more than welcome here, or even questions from canon that you feel relate to the story.
[x] Spoilers will abound here; not necessarily for the series (though those are possible), but for the story itself as well as the sequal. I'll be cutting chapter posts of course (as well as labeling their safety for work-viewing), but if you venture beyond those cuts, it's at your own risk. I've read all the 10 volumes out, will be reading 11 when I can get my hands on it from Amazon Japan, and have read most of the Asuka installments, so I might mention them from time to time. Just be aware that those spoilers might come up here.
[x] Feel free to post! Don't let the concern about "Is this too OT to post?" scare you off--any kind of fan work related to the story is more than welcome, but that's about as far as posts will go. And if it's too OT, we'll let you know nicely, don't fear. Made a Krad/Satoshi wallpaper? Smack that baby up on 
dnangelyaoi and we'll probably see it there. Got a Krad/Satoshi fanart for the fic? Smack that baby up here for us to ooh and aah over!
[x] With that said, PLEASE CUT PICTURE POSTS. This is a community, and so long as it doesn't become a problem keeping people on topic, I don't care who posts. Got fanart? I'd LOVE to see it! Just pleasepleaseplease put it behind a cut. Don't know how to make an LJ-cut? The FAQ can help you out :P

[x] This is a mature comm. And I don't mean that in the way of mental state--though I'd hope that most people on here are so. There will be porn posted. Pr0n. Usually with penises. Two of them in general. You're not quite 17? I don't know that. Keep it so, and so long as no wankage or general idiocy arises from those members, we're all A-OK.
[x] If you've got a general question, rather than posting it, just email me. I'll see an actual email a heck of a lot sooner than some LJ post on my already-crowded friends list.
[x] I won't post on here regularly at least until the sequal starts to be posted. I may post once, then not again for another month, or I may make two posts in a single day. It all depends on what I feel you, the readers, would like to know about what's going on
[x] Whining and begging won't make the snippets or spoilers come faster, sorry! As it is, many of the bits I've got written now (for I write like a puzzle, and put everything together at the end) hold huge spoilers that I just don't wanna give away: character introductions, relationship-changing events and the like. So I'll be carefully picking and choosing what gets revealed.
