The aim of this study is to give some informations about The First World War and the role that Balkan region played to this war when the national consciousness of Balkan peoples began to crystallize. After the two Balkan Wars, all the Balkan states continued their efforts to gather their co-nationals into their national states. It’s concluded that the Balkan Wars leaded to the internationalization of this crisis spreading it to an ample area while many other crises at the same region were resolved without a general war in Europe. It appears that the First World War that began in 1914 in the Balkan region was a continuation of the wars that started in 1912-1913 period in the same are.

Although the use of chaos theory in the natural sciences is a very useful tool, it has become a controversial issue for the social sciences. To make chaos theory more understandable within the framework of the international relations discipline, this work attempts to explain the future of the European Union (EU) as a case study. In this context, although the EU project has embodied the common vision of the Western European countries for political unification, this plan for integration has been delayed by the possibility of an even more pessimistic outcome such as disintegration of the EU. This uncertainty about the EU could lead to deep chaos needing to improve the prospects and a reconstruction of the European idea.

These conditions that make the Balkans an attractive target for Hezbollah and Iran, are also a cause for increasing the focus of Israeli security services. Israel appears to be concerned about Hezbollah and Iran manifestations in various areas and also in the Balkans because they compose threats for Tel Aviv’s interests. For a complete understanding of the relations and the rivalry between Iran and Israel in the Balkans must be read many elements that have a directly effect to them. This rivalry can not be explained solely by the threats of one to the other, but also by the geopolitical changes that affected the world. Because there is a discrepancy between the rhetoric of the Iranian and Israeli leaders and the strategic realities: each call for the destruction of the other constitutes also...

Thus, Iran has been keeping the Shiism on the forefront trying to emerge a model country in the Islamic world. Within this context, Iran does not limit her interest only to the Middle East. In this regard, one of the regions that Iran plays an active role is the Balkan Peninsula. Hence, in this paper, the impact that Iran has over the Muslim Balkan communities and especially on Bosnian and Albanian Muslims will be explicated.

With the collapse of communism, Albanian leadership has the foremost task to assess correctly the real objectives and the genuine interests of Albanians in Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, FYROM, Montenegro and Greece. The aims in this article are to emphasise today's (post-communist) Albanian foreign policy and to show what is lacking in Albanian foreign policy in order to fulfill its national interests in its continuous efforts to establish a successful europeanization and democratization of culture.
