The rapid growth in wireless communications and radar applications creates many challenges in performance of power amplifiers. Microwave L band is very useful in Long Distance Radar, Private Radio, Navigation system and Mobile communication so it is desirable to use high efficiency Power amplifier at transmitter side because most of power dissipation take place at active devices used in amplifier. In this paper Class E Switched mode topology is discussed because of high efficiency and low switching loss.

Our innovation introduces an 8 × 112 Gbps wavelength division multiplexingradio over fiber (WDM ROF) link using a 32 QAM-OFDM modulation scheme, capable for extending its reach. Our proposed research stands out from existing studies due to its distinctive use of the 32-QAM format and a 112 Gbps data rate per channel, especially when considering a channel span of 3000 km. Our analysis covers WDM-ROF link systems, including a preoptical amplifier within the link, one optical amplifier outside the channel loop span, and one within the loop span, representing distinct scenarios. We operated optical amplifiers in the gain-controlled mode. Remarkably, exclusive of employing precise dispersion or nonlinearity improvement techniques, carried out simulations reveal optimal transmission distance for our anticipated system having considered specification parameters is 3000 Km. We conducted extensive simulations to assess the system performance in terms of Q-factor, estimated symbol error, and error vector magnitude over link spans ranging from 1000 to 15,000 km.

As well as it have to maintain antenna parameters (i.e. Gain, Efficiency, Return loss, Directivity etc.). In development of antenna design, the size reduction of antenna is becoming important consideration. Here we introduce the compact size as well as multiband antenna “The Fractal Antenna” which meet up with all ideal characteristics of an antenna (i.e. Directivity, Gain, Efficiency, Return loss, etc.) In this paper we introduce the types of fractal geometries, how it can be use to make an antenna and fractal geometries’ iteration functions which reduce the size of an antenna by next to next iterations.

Services for applications like Image transfer, video streaming, as well as innovative cloud in real time demand wireless broadband access. To cater such demands wireless access schemes using Radio over Fibre (ROF) technology can be used faithfully. RoF is becoming matured technology in terms of security, reliability and coverage. Use of Raman amplifier can be done to mitigate limitations such electrical power attenuation, multipath fading and chromatic dispersion for comparatively long distances. In this paper we have proposed the design of WDM RoF PON link operated at 80 Gbps data rate which comprises 8 multiplexed channels with 100GHz channel spacing with PSK modulation technique. Due to their abundant bandwidth ROF networks are capable of supporting multiple RF subcarriers simultaneously. Performance of proposed system is evaluated in terms of Q factor and BER parameters which provides better insight into quality of received signals.

An LNA is the combination to achieve Low noise, high gain and stability over the entire range of operating frequency. In this paper design procedure of LNA is presented and LNA simulation procedure in Advance design system is shown.
