Significant difference was observed between grain yield and yield component except number of grain per spike and number spikelet per spike. In this study the deletion of photosynthetical sources strongly affected the absorbing sinks so that the flag leaf removal without shading on spike, decrease grain yield (%18). In addition to all leaves removal in anthesis with shading on spikes decreased grain yield and 1000 seed weight %77 and %66 respectively. The difference between treatments for protein percent was not significant. The flag leaf is the most important source for photosynthetical matter because it is the last leaf which appearance in the other way owns which lemma and palea are important source to fill the grain. Remobilization of photosynthetical matter in shoots is important factor in filling grain after anthesis than pre anthesis.

The measured characteristics was yield of flower and stigma, biological yield, number of corm in area and its depth for saffron and grain yield and its component for cumin respectively. The result showed that the different treatments of cumin wasn't significant for measured characteristics in saffron, but this effects was significant for cumin grain yield and its components ( p = 0.01).The decrease of number of umber per plant, number of grain per umber and 1000 grain weight was obtained in increase of Plant per m 2 for cumin. in this study planting of cumin in saffron rows wasn't the negative effect on saffron yield and result showed that the planting of cumin with normal density (75 plant per m 2 ) with sow broadcast In saffron rows produced the highest grain yield.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of ginger on the immune system of broilers were exposed to Salmonella infection. A total of 160 one-day-old Ross 308 broiler chicks were randomly selected. Chicks were trained over a period of 42 days. Blood was performed. Blood for determination of white blood cells and serum cholesterol concentrations were measured at days 21 and 42. For the statistical analysis software SAS and statistical methods were used in a completely randomized design. Powdered ginger significantly reduces cholesterol and increased white blood cell (P>0/05). Some chicken blood immune parameters that have been exposed to Salmonella infection is increased, which indicates the immune system.

Studies show that NO affects a wide range of reproductive functions. Steroidal hormones synthesis, LH surge during ovulation, follicular growth and ovulation are all affected by NO. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between NO and estradiol (E2) production in ovarian follicles and cysts in bovines. Two experiment groups were formed and serum and follicular fluid levels Of NO and estradiol (E2) was measured. In the first group, follicular fluids were obtained from 30 slaughtered cows. Follicles were divided into three groups according to follicular diameter: Small follicles, <5 mm, medium-sized follicles, 5 to 10 mm, and large follicles, >10 mm. 30 follicles were randomly selected within each group. Blood samples were obtained via jugular vein. NO concentrations in blood and ovarian follicular fluids were measured by Gri...

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of CLA on some reproductive hormones in rams. In this study, six rams 3 to 4 years old with an average weight of 90 kg were selected. Rams were randomly divided into 3 groups and were treated by CLA treatment for 30 days. The first group (as a control group) didn't receive CLA, The second group received 0.5 g and the third group received 1 g of CLA. The blood testing was done on rams every 15 days using a 20 mL syringe. Data analysis was performed by SAS software. Also mean comparison was done using Duncan's test method (p<0.05). Obtained results showed that the serum concentration of testosterone hormone was decreased numerically as well as the concentration of FSH hormone however the concentration of LH wa...
