Short description

Oasis. Some love it. Some hate it. I have a lot of nostalgia for Oasis, but I have to admit that it's old. It's also in an awkward spot where it's a bit too big for low-pop Beta and way too small for high-pop Alpha.

Similar to #2899, we're also looking at the map pool as maintainers and deciding what should be kept and what should be trimmed to allow for new maps / not stretch ourselves too far with maintenance. Oasis came up as a natural choice for removal.

So it goes. I'll miss Oasis.

This PR also removes an Oasis-specific Security shuttle called briggle.yml

Short description

Last of the immediate map retirement proposals.

Omega is old. I think it has one of the nicer GenPops of the low-pop stations, but it only has one main engine (TEG) after the Supermatter was removed from this map in the post-GenPop update.

Similar to #2899 and #2901, we're looking to trip down the map pool in favor of keeping Starlight-made maps maintained.

This PR also removes the Omega-specific evac shuttle from the game files. This shuttle was not used in any other maps.
