Short description

Last of the immediate map retirement proposals.

Omega is old. I think it has one of the nicer GenPops of the low-pop stations, but it only has one main engine (TEG) after the Supermatter was removed from this map in the post-GenPop update.

Similar to #2899 and #2901, we're looking to trip down the map pool in favor of keeping Starlight-made maps maintained.

This PR also removes the Omega-specific evac shuttle from the game files. This shuttle was not used in any other maps.

Why we need to add this

• Less maintenance for the mapping team (Omega was not claimed by any map maintainers on the mapping team, I've kept it up to date out of obligation)
• Makes room for more Starlight original maps and new map ports (less map bloat)
