The impact was not only biological but also psychological as the wave of fear and panic which swept all over the world within duration of a few months distressed many. The increasing number of cases along with lack of accurate medical treatment in the early phase led to a high number of deaths, fear of contracting the virus and consequent fear of death. Maintaining social-distancing, using sanitizers and abiding by the government-imposed lock-down were the only possible precautionary factors to stay safe from contracting the virus. Focusing on the scenario, this paper aimed to study the intensity of anticipatory fear of Covid-19 and level of impulsiveness among people during and post lockdown period along with its interrelations. The results suggested that even after the tenure of lockdown, the fear of Covid-19 infection is probable to remain high and this may reduce the impulsiveness level among people leaving them somewhat reluctant towards heavy outing and extroverted behavior.

Most of the labourers were from states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Chhattisgarh with the mob including kids, adults, women, and elderly. Even unfortunately pregnant women were also seen while crossing the miles-long state boundaries on foot. The immediate shutdown of almost all industries and employment generating capitals made these daily wage earners lose their bread without much savings. While on the other side, they were also made to confine themselves within their working state to avoid spurt in Covid-19 infection cases. The Hunger need, Safety need as well as Need for belonging and love arose all at same time with no space for compromise. This clash hurts the self-respect which in turn de-motivates the person from performing aim-full activity even in future normal conditions. Such ideology if generated among the labour groups, will hurt the industrial sector badly in the long run. Proper care of root workforce of running industries is important for actual development and it is possible only when due respect and care is given to them to maintain their spirit to contribute in the growth of their organization or industry.
