[ **mood** | sad ] It's the day we are going home. I am so sad! I can't believe how much fun this trip has been. I'm going to miss the Caribbean and the cruise ship and the beautiful beaches and the restaurants with delicious food and my comfortable room and everything else. :(I guess I should talk about Nassau because I didn't have a chance to write about it yesterday. Let me start off by telling you that Nassau is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. This is a picture of Nassau.Obviously I didn't take it because it's from the sky but that is what it looks like. Actually it looks even more gorgeous than that but yeah...Anyway, at Nassau we went to the Ardastra Gardens, a zoo and conservation center that is a huge tourist attraction in Nassau. It was such a great place to be. The animals were either adorable or the most unique, weird, yet cool things you have ever seen. It was a lot of fun and we ate at one of the restaurants in the place. It was surprising how many people cried knowing that it was the last time they would ever be in the Caribbean. Now we are sailing back to Florida to catch the portkeys scheduled to take us back to London. That is where we will take the Hogwarts Express back to lovely Hogwarts. I don't know...it's hard to explain how I feel. I am really sad about leaving such a cool place but it feels good to be going back to the place I call home...until June 23rd when they kick us all out for the summer. Now that's going to be really sad.

[ **mood** | bouncy ] Wow! We've been so busy over the past two days that no one had time to post at all. Oh well. I guess I'll just fill everyone in on the things that have happened. So, yesterday we went to Costa Maya. Costa Maya is known for it's huge, amazing liek whoa shopping mall. Everyone went in, was given some money to spend, and ran off in different directions. Every store imaginable is in that place! I bought a few things but the best thing I think was my new whip. It's the whip I've wanted for a long time but I could never find for sale. They actually had it though! \o/After we had finished swimming and shopping (there was a pool in the mall!), we went to a nearby city called Mahahual. They had great restaurants and beaches there and we went to all of them. Well maybe not all of them but we did go to a few more restaurants than necessary...just because they were all so cool. Then today was great too. We are still sailing to Nassau so we've been partying all day. Like always on this trip, everyone had a great time. I can't wait to see the Bahamas!

[ **mood** | high ] Day four of the coolest trip ever planned by anybody in Hogwarts. So today we stopped in Belize. Belize is really well known for its animal sanctuaries so that is where we went. Wow, that was awesome. I seriously spent at least five hours at the Community Baboon Sanctuary because they were just so cool. They (the baboons) are hilarious! Much funnier than a lot of people. After they dragged me away from the baboons, we went to a restaurant in the area. I had a meat pie, something very popular in Belize. Almost every dish had some type of pepper in it too because in Belize, peppers are love. I agree. :)So yes, today was very fun. Especially hanging out with the baboons.Oh! How could I forget? We went swimming and scuba diving in the Barrier Reef (not the one in Australia, the one in Belize) and we saw the most wonderful animals! We saw manatees and turtles and even a few crocodiles. That was another fun thing about today. Two first years were scared to death of the crocodiles. They swore that the crocodiles were staring at them like a kid stares at a Hershey bar. Hehehehe, funny. XD

[ **mood** | impressed ] Today we arrived in Cozumel, Mexico. They had a lot of great things planned. One of the main things was scuba diving. I joined the rest of the house for a little bit and saw amazing animals but then my friend told me that Cancun wasn't far from Cozumel. Now I thought to myself, "Scuba diving or shopping in Cancun?" It was a terribly hard decision but I chose to go shopping in Cancun with a few close friends. Since we weren't actually supposed to leave the group though, I'd like it if everyone reading this didn't go telling everyone else. Thanks...:PSo yeah, shopping was awesome! We bought so many great clothes and jewelry. Of course the majority of the things I bought were pink. How could they not be? Oh and after we went shopping, we stopped at one of the well known restaurants and ate a delicious meal. Then we went back to Cozumel where my friend who stayed behind said that scuba diving was really fun. They even saw this weird fish called the Splendid Toadfish. Apparently it's native to Cozumel or that area. Very cool.I'm really loving this cruise. Everyone is having so much fun! I'm off to go hang out with some people at the pool on the ship. Next stop is Belize! \o/

[ **mood** | silly ] Today has been one of the best days all year. It's day two on our trip to the Caribbean and we are having a great time. Because we are still sailing to Cozumel, we got to spend the entire day on the ship having fun. We did so many things! We were swimming for the longest time. Oh, I almost forgot! Molly "accidentally" pushed Ben into the pool. It was hilarious. So then the majority of the Prince of Tennis people rushed off to their rooms to watch PoT because apparently the cruise ship people found some way to put it on television. *shrugs* I was going to go with them but I decided to go play actual tennis instead. I went with some other people and we had so much fun. Katie tried her best to look and act like Marui. Let's just say it didn't work out so well. XP Oh and John tried to run around like Kamio...he tripped. Fun times, fun times. After we had our fun for the day, they decided to let us have even more fun. We all thought that was impossible but we were wrong! We walked into the dining room and it was decorated fantastically. We were told we were going to have a fiesta. There was a lot of dancing, eating, and chatting and by the end of it, we were all on the floor because we had either collapsed or we were laughing so hard.So tomorrow we should be in Cozumel. I can't imagine how fun it will be if we had this much fun just playing around on a giant ship.

[ **mood** | ecstatic...but mostly tired ] Today was so exciting but so tiring. First the entire house (professors included) woke up early. There were a few people running around doing last minute packing but mostly everyone was sitting in the common room chatting about how interesting the trip was going to be. We were all staring at the schedules, mesmerized by the how amazing it all was, when Prof. Hat walked in. She informed us that the portkeys were ready and that we needed to get outside before they left.As we filed out the common room, we all saw that Peeves and Humfrey were both awake and ready to say goodbye to the house in the most "pleasant" way possible. We were all expecting Peeves to be throwing things at us but we were sure Humfrey would still be mourning considering that was the reason he would not be coming with us...along with the possibility that everyone would become even more mentally unstable if they had to be so close to him for a week. He was there though, apparently to say his goodbyes to Ilona. Poor Ilo.Once outside we were all rushed into little groups that we would be going on the trip on the portkey with. Then, one group at a time, we placed our hands on the portkey and were immediately off to Florida. There was a minor problem with this though. As we were arriving in Florida, still spinning around at a sickening speed, the unexpected happened; a rocket took off at the nearby space rocket launch place. Now it doesn't sound like such a bad thing for us magical students if you are reading but try to imagine spinning around and then a rocket takes off, making the loudest noise and being so powerful that the ground shakes. It's not a good mixture! The portkeys were thrown off course. Most groups still landed pretty close to where they were supposed to but one unlucky group was thrown into the water of Cape Canaveral. Once they were all dried off (and even while they were in the water), everyone laughed about it so much that no one even cared that they had just been on a nauseating ride. After that we waited for about ten minutes, passing the time by listening to music on Muggle music devices called iPods and by talking to friends. That was when the ship came. It was a large beautiful ship. It was simply breathtaking. Everyone was pushed into a single line so that no one would be trampled and we entered the ship. The inside was even more amazing than the outside. Everything imaginable is in this ship and everything is the best quality possible. Totally awesome. Then we had this feast that was even better than the feasts at Hogwarts. There were all kinds of food, all delicious. It was a feast to welcome us to a trip and to wish us the best of luck and to have a lot of fun. It was really nice and a great time to socialize. :D So now I am pretty tired. I guess I should go to bed because I need my rest. Tomorrow is going to be a long (yet extremely fun) day.

Taking the portkey to PC [05 Jun 2006|07:17am]
[ **mood** | excited beyond belief ] I have to be dreaming. We can't be lining up to take a port key to Port Canaveral, Florida to get on a magic cruise ship to go to the Caribbean to fiesta for a week without Humfrey. I think I'm going to die from excitement. Oh, look. He's waving goodbye to me. Well, even Humfrey can't ruin my mood today. *Waves back with a huge smile* *Loud crash as Humfrey faints* Omigosh I'm next... I lean forward and put my hand on the port key and the group of Gryffies in front of me and I are off. I look down to see Humfrey blowing kisses. I roll my eyes and look around, watching as the scene changes into beautiful Florida.

[ **mood** | excited ] Today has been really busy. The entire house is frantic with trying to pack every last thing for this trip we are going on. I finished packing this morning. I have to get my whips back from someone (how dare they steal them!?!) and pack them but other than that, it's all finished.I was looking over everything we are going to be doing throughout the weekend and it looks amazing! The gorgeous Caribbean, hanging out on beaches with friends, and so many things to do that it's crazy. I cannot wait.Hm...I just heard a knock on the door. I guess I have to open it or else they won't go away. No more update I suppose then. Oh well. We have internet access somehow on the cruise so I'll try to write about the great time we are bound to have during this fiesta.

[ **mood** | amused ] Everyone was just told about that awesome cruise ship we're going to be going on. They're all screaming just like they did when they found out the Easter Squirrel was killed. It's a little different this time because this time it's really amusing. They are running around way too fast. I'm already prepared though. I have a few little things I still have to stuff into my bags but I'm ready. Of course I was told about the trip last week but I can still laugh at them, right? Yes, yes I can.Anyway, I think this trip is going to be great. I know it's going to be much better than any of the trips we've gone on before. I mean, we're leaving the country! I'm not sure if I really want to leave England but just the fact that they care enough about us to send us across the globe is good enough for me. I was looking over the schedule and it actually looks really fun.Uh oh. A group of second years is now attacking each other for some reason that I'd rather not know. I guess I have to help them...I'll update more later about the trip since I heard we'll have internet access on the ship. Oh I love what magic can do for us all. :)

[ **mood** | confused ] What were they thinking? How could they plan a huge trip across the world and tell us a mere two days before we are scheduled to leave!? Seriously, they just told us five minutes ago. One of Prof. Hat's assistants rushed into the common room, posted something on the bulletin board, and then left as quickly as he had entered. I was sitting right besides the fire at the time and just glanced at the paper and forgot about it. I figured it was just some notice from one of the professors to remember that some students still hadn't handed in their finals.I would have gone on forgetting about the bulletin but my forgetfulness was interrupted by a loud shriek. A girl I was not familiar with was screaming at the bulletin, her voice sounded upset, excited, and surprised. "What?!" she yelled so loud that I was sure the Slytherins in the dungeons had heard her. "June 5th! What am I going to where? I have to go pack!" And with that she ran up the stairs to her dorm room, her equally hysterical group of friends following her.Everyone sitting in the common room was staring at where the group of girls had just gone. Then our eyes moved over a bit and hit the bulletin board. A few people were looking around, worried about what it could possibly be. Finally someone stood up to look at the paper. He stared at it for a second, reading it I believe, and then his mouth dropped. "A trip?" he said softly but the room was so silent that everyone heard him. One by one everyone jumped up and ran over to read the paper. Everyone had different reactions. A few people shrieked like the first girl while others just stared at the paper for a long period of time. I waited until the crowd had cleared out and walked up to the paper cautiously. I read it over and my head began to spin. We were going to be going on a cruise ship...in less than 2 days? We were going to go to amazing places all in the Caribbean, a place I had always dreamed of going to. And best of all, we were going to party. We were going to be fiesta-ing for the majority of the trip.As I walked slowly up the stairs to my dorm room, refusing to react to the people running around screaming about the cruise, I still couldn't decide how to feel. It was just so overwhelming. Finally I decided that a cruise was a good thing. I decided that it would be the best trip Hogwarts has ever seen. And with that, I flung myself onto my bed to write this long entry about my experience. Now you all know that I would just love to write more and more but I have to pack. I'm going on a trip soon, you know. ;)
