HABIT21
Research suggests that it takes at least 21 days to form a new habit or to break an old one. However, I was unable to find any comprehensive scientific study on the matter. This community is for trying it out. Post an introduction with what you are about to change in the next three weeks, and keep us updated on the progress. It can be something as simple as skipping a stair on your way up or walking for ten minutes everyday. After those 21 days are up, are you in a new routine? A week later, are you continuing the behavior? I'll post statistics at the end of every month.
This community is promoting a happier, healthier lifestyle. Please don't be stupid.
