humbug_rating is a stamping community superior to all other stamping communities. It will reveal your true personality and compare it to an exclusive selection of random stuff.

+ RULES +

=> Keep it civil. We will not tolerate blatant insults to other members.

=> Post your application under a lj-cut.

=> Bold your vote. You may choose two options if you're unsure about an applicant.

=> Elaborate your vote. Doing so is a must in this community.

=> Currently re-applications are not allowed.

=> You will be stamped at the mod's leasure. 5 votes are the current average.

=> Postings other than applications will be deleted. Promotion posts must be approved by the mod first.

=> To prove that you're at least pretending to have read the rules, please keep your subject line in a language, any language, that is not English

That's right, you can create new stamps yourself. How does it work? After you have voted on 20 applications you may go here and suggest the subject of your stamp (and provide a picture for it if you like). As seen with our basic stamps the subject can be virtually anything. The stamp itself will then be created by the mod and added to our regular selection.
