In recycling, the revival of these residues, which was once a vibrant been utilized in various fields. In addition to the social effects of the re-society through its contribution to the operation of many working hands limiting unemployment. By recycling, we can lessen the waste materials that are placed into landfills and we are able to make the most out of these materials. If we don't recycle, more and more garbage will go to landfills until they all get filled up.
Effects of reinforcing by (30,50,70 pphr) PVC particles on rheological properties of Nitril butad... more Effects of reinforcing by (30,50,70 pphr) PVC particles on rheological properties of Nitril butadiene rubber were studied. Oscillating disk rheometer was used to measure scorch time ,cure time and viscosity by specifying the behavior of master batch through scorch time. The obtained results shown that the rheological properties of Nitril butadiene rubber will increase with PVC addition.
A fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) is a composite material consisting of a polymer matrix imbedded ... more A fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) is a composite material consisting of a polymer matrix imbedded with high-strength fibers, such as glass, aramid and carbon .In the recent decades, natural fibers as an alternative reinforcement in polymer composites have attracted the attention of many researchers and scientists due to their advantages over conventional glass and carbon fibers. Results showed that samples contain reed fiber have high tensile strength compare glass fiber and these strength increase with increase amount of reed fiber until 10 wt.% , when become amount of addition 15 wt.% tensile strength decrease little.
The mixtures used in the rubber industry to modify the properties of rubber, depending on the app... more The mixtures used in the rubber industry to modify the properties of rubber, depending on the application field in which the character is used rubber whether subjected to mechanical loads or be in contact with solutions or exposed to sunlight or any other race. These agents are varying the properties of the reinforced rubber, then this research examines the issue of immersion styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) reinforced by polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in cutting fluids used in operation machines on the rubber pillows supplied with these machines. SBR was reinforced by (0,5,10,15,20, and 25pphr) PVC and were studied the effects of immersion in semi synthetics (30% petroleum oil) on the compression strength of SBR-PVC rubber composite for a period of four weeks. The results obtained showed lower compression strength after immersion in solution when compared with original material before immersion, and this decrease in strength will increase, with increases the duration of exposure of the petroleum oil. And the results demonstrated that the compression strength of SBR will enhance by adding PVC.

The Method of measuring the surface temperature opposite to the flame was used to determined the heat transferred to composite material.

It is worth noting that after reinforcing NBR with PVC particles, tensile strength and elongation will decrease with adding PVC and continuo decreased with increasing of PVC content, while compression strength will increase with increasing PVC content.

Before application several soil parameters such as resistivity/conductivity, moisture content, chloride and sulphide ionsconcentration, redox potential, presence of landfill, fly ash, coal, peat, mine waste,are searched. A research aim to improving the swelling resistance of Nitril rubber NBR by insertion a various a... more A research aim to improving the swelling resistance of Nitril rubber NBR by insertion a various amounts of Polyvinyl chloride PVC,(30% ,50% and 70% ) respectively, at curing condition (temperature 170 ºC, pressure 90 bar during 20 min) that leads to create a new polymer morphology of polymer blend. Swelling resistance in the oil and distilled water exponentially improved with increasing PVC content in blend, weather resistance and thermal stability of NBR is also developed with PVC addition due to PVC have higher glass transition temperature which 87 ºC than NBR which is -15 ºC.

This paper will examine and describe in effect of angle dorsiflexion on bending stress limb technology, in particular focusing on prosthetic pylon. The theoretical part includes; analytical solution to find dorsiflexion angle and bending stress. In the numerical method, the finite element is used by employing ANSYS package to find bending stress with angle dorsiflexion with gait cycle and Von Misses stresses. Thus the prosthetic pylon was angle dorsiflexionthe value of stress bending will be increased with increasing of angle dorsiflexion.
Mechanical properties of natural rubber (NR) and calcium carbonate as additive filler with amount... more Mechanical properties of natural rubber (NR) and calcium carbonate as additive filler with amounts of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 parts per hundred (pphr) were studied. The influence of calcium carbonate content on hardness and tensile strength of NR were investigated. The results were obtained from the tests shown. NR hardness and tensile strength was enhanced after adding calcium carbonate powder and increasing these properties with increased percentage of powder as shown in the figures.

Swelling resistance in the oil and distilled water exponentially improved with increasing PVC content in blend, weather resistance and thermal stability of NBR is also developed with PVC addition due to PVC have higher glass transition temperature which 87 ºC than NBR which is -15 ºC.

This paper will examine and describe in effect of angle dorsiflexion on bending stress limb technology, in particular focusing on prosthetic pylon. The theoretical part includes; analytical solution to find dorsiflexion angle and bending stress. In the numerical method, the finite element is used by employing ANSYS package to find bending stress with angle dorsiflexion with gait cycle and Von Misses stresses. Thus the prosthetic pylon was angle dorsiflexionthe value of stress bending will be increased with increasing of angle dorsiflexion.
Mechanical properties of natural rubber (NR) and calcium carbonate as additive filler with amount... more Mechanical properties of natural rubber (NR) and calcium carbonate as additive filler with amounts of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 parts per hundred (pphr) were studied. The influence of calcium carbonate content on hardness and tensile strength of NR were investigated. The results were obtained from the tests shown. NR hardness and tensile strength was enhanced after adding calcium carbonate powder and increasing these properties with increased percentage of powder as shown in the figures.

The results shown increased hardness continuously with shells powder filler loading from shells powder 60 -90 pphr, but tensile strength decreased after adding shells powder filler.
