Endobronchial lipoma accounts for less than 0.5% of benign bronchopulmonary tumors. The clinical signs are not specific. We report a case of a 45-year-old patient with chronic bronchorrhoea who consulted for the worsening of his bronchorrhea. The clinical examination was normal. Chest CT revealed atelectasis of the left lower lobe and localized bronchial dilatations revealing an endobronchial tumor on bronchoscopy. The histological study was in favor of a lipoma. The evolution was favorable.

The pronostic depends of the early instauration of the adapted treatment. We report the case of a 35 years old patient who showed a provoked repetitive vomiting since one month. He consulted at the pneumology service because of brutal thoracic pain since 4 days associated to a violent epigastralgical, complicated three hours after a respiratory distress. The clinical exam oriented us to the esophagus ruptur hyposthesis (Boerhaave syndrom) confirmed by the imagery that showed the presence of an pneumomediastinum, an hydropneumothorax, an important emphysema dissecting soft tissue, and a clear distension of the lower border of the thoracical esophagus. In front the aggravation of the respiratory difficulty, the patient was transfered to the intensive care service.

Characterized by the formation of multiple cartilage or bone nodules in the submucosal layer of the trachea or large bronchi. We report an observation of a 41-year-old patient who consulted for the recurrence of low abundance hemoptysis evolving for 4 years. The clinical examination noted wheezing and sibilant rattles diffused during auscultation. The diagnosis of tracheopathiaosteoplastica was raised in view of the radiological imaging data and the characteristic endoscopic aspect. Treatment is most often symptomatic.
