An analysis of these concepts' relevance to women's rights protection and gender equality is the basis of this inquiry. This research attempts to show how Islam has been a torchbearer of human dignity in general and women's rights in particular by analyzing the Seerah from historical and moral perspectives. It also aims to reintroduce these fundamental ideas into the continuing discussions around violence against women by demonstrating the relevance of previous struggles for justice and fairness to the problems of the present. A multi-method approach is used in the research to examine the interconnections between humans. This study considers how these principles might potentially solve ongoing challenges related to female violence by outlining how they should be applied while taking historical circumstances and Islamic law into account. It reveals that although the overarching goal of Islamic theology is equality and justice, its ancient story is vulnerable to contemporary circumstances. To eradicate violence against women, reform consideration is necessary in every situation as women's whole dignity and a just and equal life expectancy are at risk.

Its main objective is to improve the legal process's effectiveness, accessibility, and openness. The objective is to assess the system's weaknesses objectively and suggest changes that would bring Pakistan's justice system up to date with the rest of the world. The primary purpose is to assess the structural inadequacies in Pakistan's criminal justice system, identify gaps in law enforcement and court procedures, and provide recommendations that can improve the overall efficacy of the system. Additionally, the study aims to assess Pakistan's judicial system against successful models from nations that have successfully incorporated technology into their legal systems, such as China, the UK, and South Korea. To uncover structural flaws in the legal and investigative systems, the study uses a qualitative research methodology. It also involves speaking with legal professionals and law enforcement representatives. The literature review explores the global adoption of E-justice systems, focusing on China, the UK, and South Korea. China uses AI-driven smart courts, the UK uses digital platforms for case management and online hearings, and South Korea integrates E-justice frameworks for electronic filings and case tracking. The study suggests Pakistan's courts should adopt a digital case management system, enhance investigative protocols with advanced training and forensic technologies, and increase judicial transparency. In line with what China, the UK, and South Korea have done, the article recommends that Pakistan update its legal system and use technology. Large expenditures in digital infrastructure, training for legal professionals, and ensuring internet availability in remote areas are all necessary to achieve this. These upgrades would enable a decrease in human error, the removal of delays, and an increase in public trust in Pakistan's legal system.

Structural violence is the category of violence among women where the women are harmed by social institutions. When one husband beats his wife it is called violence against women but when the one million keep their wives in ignorance it is known as structural violence. Violence against women is not a problem in the modern world but it is immemorial. Those countries who failed to impart women their due rights are not progressing in the comity of nations. If women are made independent then they will be the helping hand of society. Society will move to the betterment. Nations make progress if, the entire individual play a role in its development. The present condition of women's rights violations in the world reveals that women are mistreated in the world and no considered research to date has made this sense. If the laws are made in the sense that the non-provision of rights to women will demerit the families in achieving incentives from the government then the male gender definitely will deliver the weaker gender their rights. The gaps in the previous studies are found. Practical suggestions are summarized to mitigate the reasons for structural violence in the study. The data is collected by employing the qualitative tools of research that are best suited to the research of social science.

Justice Derailed: Navigating the Turbulent Waters of Pakistan’s Judiciary through the Ages, 2023
Abstract The judicial system in Pakistan has a rich historical evolution spanning over a millenni... more Abstract
The judicial system in Pakistan has a rich historical evolution spanning over a millennium, including significant epochs like the Hindu era, Muslim period, British colonial rule, and post-independence developments. The current system has been influenced by both foreign doctrines and indigenous practices, resulting in a unique, nationally flavored judiciary. However, despite its historical continuity, the system faces numerous challenges, including outdated processes and issues like corruption, suppression, and a lack of efficiency. This abstract also discusses the controversies that have shaped Pakistan's judiciary, such as the execution of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, the removal and restoration of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, the application of blasphemy laws, election-related decisions, and handling of missing person’s cases. These controversies have contributed to perceptions of the judiciary's effectiveness and independence. The abstract calls for ongoing reforms to address issues like case backlog, unequal access to justice, and corruption to strengthen the rule of law in Pakistan. The historical references in Pakistan's judiciary encompass critical legal and political developments, including events like the dissolution of the constituent assembly, the Doctrine of Necessity, the execution of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, and various validations of martial law. Recent events, such as the post-regime change incidents, have further damaged the judiciary's image and public trust, including controversial decisions like the Tosha Khanna Case and the refusal to hold general elections as scheduled. The judiciary's perceived silence on matters of public interest and political persecution has added to its controversy in the modern era, testing public trust in the constitution's integrity and the rule of law. This abstract provides an overview of the review article titled "CONTROVERSIAL AND INEFFECTIVE JUDICIARY OF PAKISTAN PAST AND PRESENT," emphasizing the complex and evolving nature of Pakistan's judicial system and the need for ongoing reform.
