Balaghah science is an Arabic language discipline that is always experiencing development and ren... more Balaghah science is an Arabic language discipline that is always experiencing development and renewal from the scholars, With the knowledge of Balaghah, we can know and understand how to communicate with someone using beautiful, effective, targeted language, and according to conditions and situations. The Ulama have done a lot of research on the science of balaghah and produced their best works which are even used today. In this article, the author will discuss the phases of the development of balaghah science. This article uses aliterature research writing methodology using descriptive analysis methods, namely collecting data, compiling or clarifying, compiling and interpreting it. The result of this research is that balaghoh is basically already attached to the Arabs of Jahiliyah, but in terms of science it is still not neatly organized until the arrival of the scholars who study more deeply about the study of balaghah then from this study found 3 major themes namely parrot science, maani, and badi'. There are many factors that make the study of Balaghoh science experience great development, namely from the sermons carried out by the preachers, the making of poems by poets who have a competitive spirit, as well as the works of scholars discussing the miracles of the Quran
