Affectional expression plays an important role in the dyadic adjustment in couples. It meas- ures the individual's satisfaction towards emotionality and sexuality expression in the relationship (1). This study aims to analyse the association between strain and affectional expression. Material and Method. We selected 30 patients who declared themselves strained for the experimental group and 30 patients who declared not to be strained for the control group. We analysed the association between strain and agreement on sex relations and also the association between strain and feeling too tired for sex. Microsoft Excel and MedCalc were used for statistics Results. The statistical analysis showed that subjects who declared themselves strained at the moment of evaluation had 14,5 more times disagreements with their partner regarding sex relations [OR=14,5, 95% CI (1,7177-122,4), P=0,0140]. Even though strained subjects were 1,96 times more tired for sex than subjects who did not consider themselves strained at the moment, the value did not reach statistical sig- nificance [OR=1,96, 95% CI (0,7023-5,4788), P=0,1986]. Conclusion. The affectional expression is being disturbed by the current state of strain, especially the cou- ples' agreement on intimate relations. In order to avoid separation and divorce, there is need of psycho- therapy, support and campaigns targeting strain, anxiety, depression, work-life balance and importance of sleep.

One of the reasons is that it is used CMC mainly for interpersonal communication suggesting large amounts of social behavior to investigate. Another reason of Internet investigating interest contains two features, visual anonymity and limited channel communication. It is highlighted that since the rise of the Internet, people have formed relationships without having another person within a close geographic location. Furthermore, they are asking an important question: Is it safe? Should there be rules governing the Internet in respect to a formal educational setting? The qualitative research of risks and positive effects of Internet use among teens was conducted through online (8 children: 4 boys of 13, 16, 17 and 18 years old, and 4 girls of 12, 15, 16 and 17 years old) and offline (10 children: 4 boys from which 3 boys of 17, 1 of 18; 7 girls from which 3 of 13 years old, 1 of 14, 2 of 17, and 1 of 18 years old) interviews and 2 focus groups (of 12 pupils each). Positive aspects of Internet usage: easy and cheap communication with others, getting help for homework from colleagues, friends, cultural exchanges (talking with persons from other countries, cultures), getting easier information for school (encyclopedias, books), talk from home to colleagues at school, use the web cam to see the class that you are missing for, you can participate to online debates on interesting educational subjects helps you to be involved in positive actions for general benefit that can change the world for the better. Negative aspects of Internet usage: it is changing the way of communicating (negative effects on their verbal communication, and their way of writing), using Internet affects the time for school preparation and for other activities (resting, eating, talking with family etc.), failure to prepare for school, drop-out of school. Suggestions from adolescents to minimize the negative effects were also formulated and there are the main ideas: parents and teachers should learn more about Internet to became more credible sources of advises; for this, children are willing to help the adults contributing to a better, trusting relation between them, imposed conditions to access internet: from 6 to 9 years old only with permanent supervision of an adult; from 9 to 12 with supervision and advises; 14 or 15 years old to first access messenger, to prevent school failure and drop-out because of Internet dependence parents should involve children more often in direct interactions like trips, faceto-face games, sports etc., increasing the group activities/discussions with a moderator and rules where also timid children can express themselves to avoid excess of messenger communication, more involvement in projects that stimulates them otherwise (like to take care of a pet, plant, music or painting groups at school).

In our research, we have attempted to eliminate this unilateralism. To this end, we have tested an integrative model composed of the psychological and sociological factors of juvenile delinquency. The empirical research was performed on a sample of 420 randomly selected juvenile delinquents and a control group of 420 individuals selected by stratified random sampling. The research methodology consisted of analysing documents (family situation, age, etc.) and applying psychological tests (Nowicki & Strickland's Internal-External Control Scale for Children, McGuire & Priestley's Testing Your Reaction, Zuckerman-Kuhlman's Personality Questionnaire and A.W. Tucker's Inmate Dilemma Test). Data confirmed that young delinquents are more impulsive and have a higher sensation seeking tendency, but their decision-making capacity in risk situations is not significantly different compared to the control group. Looking at the data of the psychological tests and the descriptors of the social situation of juvenile delinquents, it looks like personality factors are associated with social factors (family shortcomings, low level of schooling, substance abuse, entourage, friends) as important determinants of delinquency.

Besides this fact, the other causes for its high occurrence are smoking and chronic alcoholism. The general purpose of the researchis the assessment of psycho-social and economic level of tuberculosis patients in order to develop an intervention program, whereas its specific purpose is the assessment of alcohol consumption habits in the population subjected to scrutiny. In consequence, a population of 205 tuberculosis patients from Cluj-Napoca was put under investigation, which was conducted with the following research instruments: questionnaires, individualized semi-structured interviews and document analysis. The results have shown that social, cultural and economic factors are playing a crucial role in the development of chronic tuberculosis and that the patients, who are already being hospitalized for a long time because of this sickness, register frequent setbacks for not changing their lifestyle (alcohol and drug consumption habits). It follows that the role of prevention and intervention in the framework of social work is very important.

Some emphasized biological determinism, others emphasized psychological particularities with the lack in communication, combined with substance or drug abuse [1, 2], while other researchers mentioned social issues with or without forensic implications [3-6]. In order for the preventive activity to be successful, criminal factors should be studied in detail. The results of these researches, as proving factors, would represent an important support in preventive activity triggering. The fundamental idea of the work was created in this respect. In this paper we would like to realize a complete portrait of risk factors in juvenile delinquency in the light recorded at the institute of forensic medicine. Total study sample consists of 60 (N=60) minor participants (classified in two major groups: the juvenile delinquent group consists of 30 (N=30) participants and control group consists of 30 minor participants (N=30). We used both quantitative and qualitative methods of research, among which we mention the following: analysis of documents (juvenile delinquents' files); questionnaire-based inquiry (for juvenile delinquents and control group); unstructured, individual and group interview (with juvenile delinquents); structured group interview (with juvenile delinquents) and situational test applied to both control group and young delinquents group. The results of our research have drawn the juvenile delinquent profile, which indicates a boy aged 15-16, who comes from a family with a precarious, disorganized financial situation, with an inappropriate family climate, in which the minor no longer under the control of his parents; with poor school preparation (flourishing failures and dropouts); with pathological background and psychological deficiencies.
