Entrepreneurship based on local wisdom is an innovation to move forward without destroying the social fabric of society. This case study is on the Workshop Batik Karawang which is assisted by the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Karawang Regency, one of the innovations is creating healthy cooperatives and pioneering batik villages.

Many things can be done so that sales can be increased, such as by a good marketing strategy. We need a media to publish information, whether information about the company or the goods will be sold. Companies can use the Internet as a tool to publish information or to make sales online, or called the E-Commerce. With the ecommerce or sales information can be accessed wherever and whenever subscribers need. With this thesis the author makes the sale of baby equipment available on the web-based Store Babyness, using php and MySQL. With sales growth at stores Babyness proposed by the authors are expected to be easier to publish more extensive sales and can be very helpful in trading activities effectively and efficiently.

Dalam penyediaan komponen lokal, PT. XYZ Pada tahun 2013 ini ada peningkatan supplier baru sebesar 22% yang menyebabkan biaya pengiriman komponen lokal menjadi meningkat, area penerimaan gudang menjadi menjadi terhambat karena penuhnya gate kedatangan komponen lokal dan terdapat potensi keterlambatan kedatangan komponen lokal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi biaya pengiriman komponen lokal, memaksimalkan area receiving pada gudang lokal, dan mengurangi potensi keterlambatan komponen lokal. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah di PT. XYZ ini menggunakan metode saving matrix. Certainly it could make the income decrease. This study aims to solve queuing problems that occur in most of daily activity. Therefore the research can be expected, service companies can provide better services without increasing facility cost in the future. Terapi komplementer yang dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk pengobatan hipertensi yaitu terapi refl... more Terapi komplementer yang dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk pengobatan hipertensi yaitu terapi refleksologi elektrik. Pengaruh refleksologi elektrik terhadap tekanan darah belum diketahui. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek terapi refleksologi elektrik terhadap tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi di Panti Werdha Karitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental dengan nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. dimana duapuluh orang lansia yang mengalami hipertensi dibagi kedalam 2 (kontrol dan terapi) kelompok. Terapi dilakukan selama 8 kali pertemuan dengan frekuensi pada alat sebesar 1-5 Hz. Kemudian tekanan darah diukur sebelum dan setelah perlakuan pada kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tekanan darah sistolik menurun secara signifikan pada kelompok terapi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (p=0.039) tapi tidak pada tekanan darah diastolik (p=0,783). Saran, terapi refleksologi dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik pada lansia dengan hipertensi.

Terapi komplementer yang dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk pengobatan hipertensi yaitu terapi refl... more Terapi komplementer yang dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk pengobatan hipertensi yaitu terapi refleksologi elektrik. Pengaruh refleksologi elektrik terhadap tekanan darah belum diketahui. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek terapi refleksologi elektrik terhadap tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi di Panti Werdha Karitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental dengan nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. dimana duapuluh orang lansia yang mengalami hipertensi dibagi kedalam 2 (kontrol dan terapi) kelompok. Terapi dilakukan selama 8 kali pertemuan dengan frekuensi pada alat sebesar 1-5 Hz. Kemudian tekanan darah diukur sebelum dan setelah perlakuan pada kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tekanan darah sistolik menurun secara signifikan pada kelompok terapi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (p=0.039) tapi tidak pada tekanan darah diastolik (p=0,783). Saran, terapi refleksologi dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik pada lansia dengan hipertensi.
