Psychological Well-being adalah keadaan bahagia, kepuasan hati yang menyenangkan yang timbul bila... more Psychological Well-being adalah keadaan bahagia, kepuasan hati yang menyenangkan yang timbul bila kebutuhan dan harapan tertentu individu terpenuhi. Kebutuhan dan harapan tersebut dapat terpenuhi apabila seseorang mendapatkan dukungan dari lingkungan sekitarnya dan menanamkan rasa syukur terhadap dirinya sehingga kondisi psychological well-being dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan rasa syukur dengan psychological well-being pada PNS menjelang masa pensiun sejumlah 41 subjek. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling total kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan rasa syukur dengan psychological well-being pada PNS menjelang masa pensiun dengan koefisien korelasi (R)=0,756 dan F=25,309 dengan p=0,000. Cyberbullying behavior is behavior that threatens or oppresses someone who will have a bad impact... more Cyberbullying behavior is behavior that threatens or oppresses someone who will have a bad impact on the victim through their actions through social media. Social competence is thought to be a factor that influences the occurrence of cyberbullying behavior. The study aims to analyze the relationship between social competence and cyberbullying behavior. The population in this study were students of the Muamalah Study Program at the State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung batch 2018 totaling 290 students. Researchers used quantitative research methods with purposive sampling and screening techniques first so that the sample in this study was 73 students. Data collection techniques in this study used a psychological scale including the cyberbullying behavior scale, and social competence. This study originated from the idea that Student Perceptions of majors in Higher Education and Se... more This study originated from the idea that Student Perceptions of majors in Higher Education and Self Concepts have a relationship to the Matching Interest in Choosing Departments. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between students' perceptions of majors in higher education and self-concept with the suitability of 96 people to choose majors. The sampling technique used is propotional random sampling and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this research analysis explain that there is a relationship between students' perceptions of higher education majors and self-concept with the suitability of interest in choosing majors with coefficient of correlation (R) = 0.702 and F = 45,249 with p = 0,000. Teori kognitif memandang bahwa belajar merupakan proses internal yang terjadi dalam diri individu, di mana individu aktif membangun pengetahuan dan pemahamannya sendiri.
