Kepatuhan perawat dalam pencegahan pasien jatuh sangat diperlukan untuk meminimalkan terjadinya k... more Kepatuhan perawat dalam pencegahan pasien jatuh sangat diperlukan untuk meminimalkan terjadinya kejadian yang tidak diinginkan di rumah sakit. Rendahnya kepatuhan perawat akan menyebabkan kejadian pasien jatuh yang dapat disertai cedera. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan perawat dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan perawat dalam pencegahan pasien jatuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem informasi pencegahan pasien jatuh (SIPENJA) sebagai inovasi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan perawat dalam pencegahan pasien jatuh.

Akibat dari diterapkannya sistem ini, unit BPJS Kesehatan Centre yang sebelumnya ada di RSUD Ungaran dan memiliki fungsi sebagai unit penanganan masalah pelayanan kesehatan peserta BPJS Kesehatan menjadi hilang. Hal ini berpengaruh kepada proses pelayanan kesehatan di RSUD Ungaran terutama dalam hal penanganan keluhan pelayanan kesehatan dan pemberian informasi perihal kepesertaan BPJS, dimana hilangnya unit BPJS Kesehatan Centre ini berdampak kepada timbulnya keluhan pelayanan kesehatan oleh pasien peserta BPJS Kesehatan. This study uses action research with a qualitative approach and the system development stage using the FAST method. The system is tested using black box testing. The results of this study are the establishment SIJUNA that facilitates the referral process of patients from the Public Health Center to the Hospital. The number of therapist and patient visit of occupational therapy service of dr. Suharso Orthoped... more The number of therapist and patient visit of occupational therapy service of dr. Suharso Orthopedic Hospital (RSOS) is larger than other services in Surakarta. Visit number of existing patient is more than new patient, which it is mean that most of patients have willingness to revisit to get services. Quality of services in health care has important role in patient satisfaction and intention in repurchasing as customer. However, there are still patient complaints toward the quality service of occupational therapy of RSOS. It's need to evaluate the service quality and patient intention of revisit. This research aim is to find out the correlation between patient perception of service quality and patient interest to go revisit occupational therapy room of RSOS. This research type was quantitative method with cross sectional approach. Population study was 205 patients, who were visiting in January until April 2009. Data obtained by interview used questionnaire toward 34 respondents by accidentally sampling method. Data analyzed use statistic test of pearson-product moment with 95% confidence level. This research revealed that the most of patient perception of therapist services quality is good (64.7%), the most of perception of service equipment quality is good (64.7%) and the most perception of therapy result is also good (61.8%). While 67.6% of patient revisit interest is. The statistic analyzes showed that perception of service equipment quality (p=001) and perception of therapy result (p=0,036) have correlation with patient revisit interest. While therapist services quality (p=0,067) didn't have correlation with patient revisit interest. It's concluded that perception of service equipment quality and perception of therapy in RSOS are good and it's influenced revisit patient.

Adolescent girls are at risk for iron deficiency anemia (IDA) due to the higher demand of iron for growth and the loss of blood during menstruation. Consumption of foods containing iron that have higher bioavailability can reduce the risk of IDA although diets that are largely plant-based, like those consumed by many Sundanese people, may not contain sufficient bioavailable iron. Here, we investigated the correlation between plant-based diets and IDA in adolescent Sundanese girls who were students at Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. Methods. A total of 176 girls from seven Islamic boarding schools in Tasikmalaya were recruited. Nutritional intake data were obtained using 24-hr dietary recall.
