Recently, many pesantrens, however, are too busy with normative activities than social activities. Similarly, recent society is more individualistic. This situation certainly inhibits this partnership management. For that pesantrens should play their role as institutions of community empowerment aside from being a massage and educational institution. Although, in essence, pesantrens and communities are not separated institutions, because, both of them need each other in achieving the integrated prosperity of economy and education. Thereby, they can make a strong civil society.

Hanya 8 orang (42,11%) dari 19 orang siswa mencapai KKM. This article aimed to reveal more about the management of Arabic language learning at Public Islamic Junior High School 11 Cirebon Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Arabic learning planning was based on the curriculum that had been prepared by the vice principal of the curriculum, the curriculum development team, and the Arabic teachers. The Arabic language learning was included preliminary, core and closing activities. Evaluation was carried out by the principal to evaluate learning strategies. Evaluation of the content of the material was carried out by the vice principal of the curriculum, the curriculum development team and subject teachers at the end of academic year. Meanwhile, the evaluation of student learning outcomes was carried out by the teacher in written and oral exams. In the implementation of learning, there was supporting factor, namely the qualifications of educators. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors were teachers, students, media and learning methods. The results achieved can be seen from the students' achievements that were already in the sufficient category.

Penelitian ini adalah mixed method. Dalam penelitian kualitatif subyek penelitian yaitu 3 orang guru PAI dan siswa-siswa kelas 8. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi mendalam, dokumentasi. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan penyimpulan data. Sementara itu dalam penelitian kuantitatif populasi 10 dan 939 siswa dengan proportionate stratifield random sampling, yakni sebesar 5%, maka ada 47 siswa. Instumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Uji coba instrumen ditempuh melalui validitas dan reliabilitas. Tekhnik analisis menggunakan uji t. Proses penelitian dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif-kritis dengan memfokuskan pada ketajaman analisis pada data dan sumber yang relevan, dengan mengutamakan teori dan konsep yang ada, selanjutnya ditafsirkan berlandaskan pada referensi-referensi yang mengarah kepada pembahasan. Tekhnik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis terhadap isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kerjasama sekolah dan masyarakat dilakukan mealui penyampaian informasi dan kemitraan yang dilaksanakan melalui tahap penemuan fakta, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengevaluasian oleh lembaga pendidikan terhadap masyarakat. This article was based on the assumption that integrating many subjects with ICT devices, which in this case was ICT, was very important to be applied in this digital era. There were some obstacles, however, were faced by many educational institutions such as not having a clear design in utilizing ICT devices in an effort to combine them. The article was the result of qualitative research with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were taken through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis adopted the analysis of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that Islamic Education learning using ICT devices could be applied at Public Islamic Junior High School Ciledug through the process of planning, selecting media and materials, and doing evaluations. This is a trigger factor for student delinquency. Handling students' delinquency is the task of the guidance and counseling teacher. Therefore, madrasa must have its management to deal with students' problems. The purpose of the study was to reveal in depth the management of guidance and counseling in dealing with Islamic Secondary High School Mafatihul Huda students' delinquency. This is a case studies-qualitative research. The results of the study revealed that student delinquency were ditching, smoking, riding truck. The causes were family, environment and peers. This situation was responded to by MTs Mafatihul Huda through management of counseling and guidance. The stages were planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. This is not in accordance with its implementation, however, because it was not strict in handling students' delinquency. In addition, guidance and counseling teachers did not intensively overcome students' delinquency.
