This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses a variety of reference sources taken from research related libraries by analyzing the components of PSB. The hope of the findings of this study is that the results of the research will contribute to the process of government policy making by providing definitions that are in line with the initial conceptions of the PSB concept.
