Major social networking sites have been actively developing their e-commerce features, allowing users to make purchases without leaving the site. Major social networking sites have been actively developing their e-commerce features, allowing users to make purchases without leaving the site. Social commerce has become popular due to its importance in ecommerce. The research in this area is still limited, especially on the factors that influence purchase intentions when using social commerce platforms. The purpose of this study is to examine the contribution and significance of affordance and trust theories among Malaysian users that underpin purchase intentions on social commerce platforms. This paper establishes a conceptual framework for consumers' purchase intentions based on the SOR model. Social media platforms can be used by businesses to interact with customers and increase sales once they recognize their potential. PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) will be used to examine the data.

It describes the efforts of certain non-profit organizations or government agencies to improve the social and economic conditions of impoverished communities. This paper proposes a conceptual model to examine the relationship between motivational factors and the engagement of people with disabilities (PWD) in SE activities. Using McClelland's need theory for measuring motivation, examines achievement, affiliation, and power needs. When these needs go unfulfilled, motivation declines, leading to decreased performance and turnover within the organization. This theory holds significant influence in entrepreneurship and has been widely adopted in various research studies. Conducting a quantitative survey among actively engaged PWDs in SE activities under the Social Welfare Department institution will help identify the motivational factors driving PWDs to prioritize soc...

The quality of life and overall well-being of this vulnerable demographic have been profoundly shaken. In the context of increasing research segmentation based on specific population profiles, this study is designed to investigate the well-being of university students hailing from lower-income groups during the pandemic, particularly when stringent movement control orders were in effect. Furthermore, this research scrutinizes variations in well-being with respect to gender and locality. A quantitative comparative approach was employed, and data were collected through a convenient online survey sampling method. The assessment of the subjects' quality of life was carried out using a standardized WHO-QOL BREF questionnaire, consisting of 26 items that measure various domains encompassing environment, physical healt...

In Malaysia itself, only 420, 601 pledgers which only represent 1.3 percent of the total population of Malaysia. This is not sufficient to meet the demand from patients in the organ waiting list. Literature reported that the level of awareness in Malaysia is still low with respects to organ donation. Malaysia as a multi-cultural nation, organ donation becomes very complex due to personal belief, emotions, rituals and practices. Religious views are thought to be one of the major barriers to organ transplantation. Though, no major religion strictly prohibits it, although there are differences in opinion within some religions. Therefore, the primary focus of this study is to identify the factors that influence the society towards organ donation intention. A quantitative approach was used to explore the relationship among the variables. A survey was conducted among 200 respondents using validated questionnaire. The data was analysed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) approach. The result revealed that spiritual belief and altruism significantly influenced intention regarding organ donations. The outcome of this study aims to inform future health campaigns as there will be a better insight on the role that these elements play in the population's decision to be an organ donor. It is suggested that future studies should look into the possibility of positioning education level as moderator to affect the relationship between the factors that influence the society to pledge for organ donation and organ donation intention. Future studies should also look into the possibility investigating the effect of gender, age and religion on the relationship between factors that influence society to donate dimensions and organ donation intention dimensions.
