The cultivation and processing of vegetable raw materials of plants containing essential oils with the help of green technologies are one the topical issues. The article discusses the results of the introduction and cultivation of an important aromatic plant in the Batumi Botanical Garden (Georgia) by green technologies. Based on the studies, Cumin passes the full cycle of growth and flowering in well-lit and fertile locations; Moreover, their vegetative-generative development is significantly improved while using liquid humic biopreparations containing mineral and organic substances; Full cycle of growth and development for Cuminum cyminum L. lasts almost all year long; Cumin occurs full generative development; Propagation of Cuminum cyminum L. under the conditions of the Batumi Botanical Garden is possible with the help of seeds and planting materials of local r...

The number of people living with anxiety and depressive disorders rose significantly because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Although generally considered as safe and effective, the currently available anxiolytic therapy is responsible for numerous side effects and addiction. Therefore, there is an imperious demand for discovering more efficient and cheaper new groups of pharmaceuticals ("green anxiolytic"). There is a big number of research, studying plants containing coumarins as active compounds, especially those belonging to the Apiaceae family. Laboratory studies already suggest the anti-anxiety activity of various extracts of Angelica Archangelica. Therefore, the aim of our study was to obtain the methanolic extract of Angelica adzharica and evaluate the potential anxiolytic effect based on the zebrafish larvae model. According to our knowledge, this is the first report studying the anxiolytic effect of Angelica adzharica extract based on the zebrafish larvae.

eradication, both in vitro and in vivo. Proton pump inhibitors, antibiotics of different groups, their
modified drug form, etc. were tested. However, studies confirm that using these remedies does not achieve
the desired pharmacotherapeutic effect.
Foams - are light systems, have a large touch surface, completely cover the mucous membrane and
penetrate into it. Concentrated solutions are not taken at the place of foam formation, which does not
cause irritation of the mucous membrane. Characterized with high bioavailability and rapid therapeutic
effect.
The aim of the study was to determine the targeted delivery of H. pylori's eradication "gold
standard" ingredients - rabeprazole and metronidazole, gastric soluble and foaming tablets.
Taking into account the physico-chemical and technological properties of the active
pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients are selected, their quantitative ratios are established, and the
composition of rabeprazole and metronidazole foaming and gastric-soluble tablets is determined.
Rabeprazole stomach-soluble and foaming tablets were prepared by direct compression with the
use of excipients, including the antacid sodium bicarbonate, and metronidazole with the classic wet
granulation.

With porosity of the membrane 100-150A° and filtration of alcohol extracts of Vinca rosea L. obtained from the aerial part of the plant, selective fractionation was achieved within the molecular masses from M+ 168 to M+ 426. In the fraction of minor alkaloids, a norharman (M+ 168), dihydrositsirikin (M+ 356) and vindorosine (M+ 426) were identified by the method of LC-MS/MS and GC/MS. The fraction of the minor alkaloids showed strong cytotoxic activity against the DLD-1 and WS-1 cell lines (Resazurin test), and according to the Hoechst test, to the cells of all A-549, DLD-1 and WS-1 lines.

Antiinflammatory effects of LT, AP and S-LT were investigated with the carrageenaan-induced rat paw edema tests. It was found that pretreatment with LT, AP and S-LT obtained from Perilla nankinensis reduced inflammagen -induced paw edema in rats. Again, pretreatment with LT significantly diminished the nociceptive response in mice. LT and AP present in the leaves of Perilla nankinensis may partly account for the antiinflammatory and antinociceptive properties of Perilla nankinensis.

Total antioxidant activity was measured according to ferric thiocyanate method. ␣-Tocopherol and trolox, which water-soluble analogue of tocopherol were used as references antioxidant compounds. At the concentrations of 30 and 45 g/mL, TAPP showed 91.9 and 96.4% inhibition on lipid peroxidation of linoleic acid emulsion, respectively. In comparison, 45 g/mL of standard antioxidant such as ␣-tocopherol and trolox exhibited 88.8 and 86.2% inhibition on peroxidation of linoleic acid emulsion, respectively. In addition, TAPP have found effective on DPPH • scavenging, superoxide anion radical and hydrogen peroxide scavenging, total reducing power and metal chelating on ferrous ions activities. Also, these various antioxidant effects were compared to ␣-tocopherol and trolox.

With this reintroduction, prescriber education was commenced in many centers including the University of Ibadan. Aims and Objective: The aim of this study is to review the morphine prescription habits of the medical doctors practicing at the University College Hospital, Ibadan, and to assess the level of conformity with international guidelines.
