In most of the studies mainly the effects of different imperfections within the silicon lattice e.g. dislocations, impurities and precipitates on the solar cell processing were investigated. In contrast, the influence of these defects on preceding processes like squaring and wafering was less studied. In this work, we investigate the impact of dislocations (slip lines) on these two processes. Neither for mechanical machining nor for cell processing crystal imperfections are acceptable. Thus, an ingot qualifier has been developed to identify slip lines on as grown ingots with minority carrier lifetime measurements. This method allows determining the cropping positions to eliminate low quality material as early as possible in the manufacturing process.

Study periods ranged from 7days e 12years [mode 2weeks]. A significant proportion of papers were observational / cohort studies, a sub-analysis demonstrated that these papers didn't represent a unique contribution. Existing papers using national and local datasets had achieved the aims and outcomes of the TSRCs papers. Conclusion: The popularity of this model possibly reflects the lack of infrastructure for surgical research within the UK. Trainee's time should be spent contributing to national databases over meaningful periods of time, to produce quality data that can be interrogated universally, rather than time spent collaborating through data collection for single projects.

The sites are typical late Mesolithic occupations, firmly dated between 7300 BP and 8000 BP, and stratigraphically precede the appearance of other domestic animals, cultivated plants, pottery, and the establishment of settled villages in their regions. They seem to represent early steps in the adoption of animal husbandry by hunter-gatherer societies in the western Mediterranean. Evidence from the Aude valley sites is presented for the gradual development of animal herding over a period of 1000 years or more, which spans the Mesolithic-Neolithic boundary. The evidence suggests that indigenous Mesolithic societies may have played a formative role in the development of settled farming communities in this area, and that the availability of domestic species may not have led rapidly to major changes in settlement, econom> and society.
