The purpose of the study was to see how well a designed training programme affected adolescent gi... more The purpose of the study was to see how well a designed training programme affected adolescent girls' knowledge and practise of menstrual hygiene in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. A one-group pre-test-post-test design was adopted in the preexperimental study. 100 adolescent girls were chosen using a non-probability (convenient sampling technique) sampling procedure. A structured knowledge questionnaire and a practise checklist were used to gather data. The information gathered was examined using descriptive and inferential statistics. The ndings were represented using tables and bar graphs. The mean knowledge score before the exam was 12.45, and the mean practise score was 6.08, but the mean knowledge score after the test was 24.90, and the mean practise score was 10.72. For knowledge, tcal 30.29 > t table 1.98, while for practise, tcal 37.32 > t table 1.98. The purpose of the study is to provide psychosocial support to reduce the care burden among caregivers of patient with mental disorder. A quantitative research approach was adopted. 50 caregivers were selected under the study through non-probability total enumeration sampling technique from selected hospital of Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Caregiver's basic socio demographic profile was collected through self-structured questionnaire and care burden was assessed through The Zarit Burden Interview Scale. The study finding showed that psychosocial support was effective on the reduction of care burden among caregivers of patient with mental disorder.
