It is common knowledge that keeping the finest people guarantees customer happiness, satisfaction among coworkers and subordinates, efficient succession planning, and deeply ingrained organizational learning. This study gives a broad overview of the reasons why the number of employees leaving the apparel company has increased over the past few years, how necessary various facilities like housing, medical care, pay, rewards, and incentives are concerning different demographic factors taken into account in the questionnaire, and how the workplace environment can be made even better. Keeping personnel is one of the most crucial continuous procedures in human resource management. Employee turnover is a serious threat to the organization. This paper details employee retention, including its advantages and potential contributing causes. A sample of 471 respondents who worked for garment companies in Chandigarh, India provided the primary data. Numerous hypotheses have been developed, evaluated, and considered while considering various relationships. The study results show a significant connection between professional choice and employee retention. This study will assist Indian's garment sector in identifying the numerous aspects contributing to higher turnover and revising its current regulations to make future advancements.
Customer retention research and online business through social media have seen remarkable growth ... more Customer retention research and online business through social media have seen remarkable growth over the past 10 years, and academic scholars' interest in these areas has increased. This study is outlining research on the impact of social media on online business in the context of customer retention. The study uses bibliometric approaches to uncover significant omissions from the literature and focuses on two modern fields: online business through social media and customer retention. With the use of keyword exploration, the study retrieved 335 studies in the Scopus database. Here, the analytical methodologies have been used to identify well-known journals, a significant number of authors, nations, and associations, adding to the body of knowledge on online business via social media and customer retention. It has been used to better grasp the conceptual and intellectual foundation to use tools like bibliographic coupling. The guidelines of the literature review study will also serve as a roadmap for future investigations.

Success or failure in business may be a function of due importance given to this very basic understanding of the underpinning required to succeed. This study has investigated whether business firms are cognizant of the critical importance of understanding customer requirements; how do they go about this: and why ? Empirical research to ascertain this was illuminating and pointed. Implications of not paying attention to customer requirements are discussed.

Critical factor enabling marketing success is understanding customer requirements. Business cannot survive without effective marketing. Environment is ever-changing & turbulent. In these turbulent times, where entrepreneurs are juggling with the marketing strategies and changing trends, Ethical balance is now a need for them to consider at every step. In this research study, qualitative & quantitative tools were used to study hand-in-glove relationship between entrepreneurship, marketing, environment of business, and ethics – from the perspective of top entrepreneurs that were also marketing heads at their enterprises. Consensus findings concluded persona of successful entrepreneur, successful marketer, state of current day environment, and ethics. Consensus view indicated customer understanding, adherence to good ethics (will build customer trust) is a pre-requisite (not easy – and-quite difficult) for building long term success.

The aim is to develop a system that strives for accessibility to every section of society, excellence in quality and produce skilled resources to stand in changing times. There are multi disciplinary institutes in state-offering many courses in different fields. Management Education is in demand from last two-three decades. Management education is one of the essential prerequisites for upcoming leaders and managers. The changing scenario in business and industry is forcing business institutes to recognize the change and modify education system. Large numbers of institutes are there, that are unable to deliver quality management education. While the degree or the diploma obtained from these institutes are equal to the other reputed ones, but their market value is low. Currently, there is mismatch between demand of industry & supply of resources by institutes. The main reason is more priority given to student learning and not practical experience. Experts have different views on the structure and curriculum of management education. Factors like infrastructure, faculty, research culture, industry experience, content, system of accreditation and internationalizing management educationwill definitely impact talent and development of student. Therefore, there is extreme need to revise the structure of management education and go beyond lecturing. The main aim of this paper is to investigate the reasons behind the declining quality of management education, and to provide measures for structural change.

It means freedom of women from the vicious circle of social, political, economic and gender-based discrimination. Making women aware of their rights and developing confidence in them – is a central issue. It is essential for them to be skilled in order to be able to better serve their families at home as well as professionally. Skill development not only creates employment opportunities but also empowers them. The aim of skill development, in case of women, is not just simply preparing them for jobs; but also to boost their performance by improving the quality of work in which they are involved.
