The primary research activities have been inspired by this base concept to find connections between value systems and consumer behaviour on my own. The main aim of this study is to analyse the foodstuff consumption habits of the Z Generation, or to be more precise, healthy eating habits. The other pillar of the topic is generation marketing, which also states that value systems are the differentiators among the different generations. Considering the Z generation as the potential customer base creating a demand, who are willing and capable of paying, it is fruitful and vital to know the specific foodstuff consumption preferences and decisions of this generation. During the primary research the study focuses on on the Z Generation's members, collecting qualitative and quantitative data, and conducting analyses on this generation's value system, foodstuff consumption behaviour, and their ideas about healthy eating habits. Based on the results, we can see the value orientation of the future generation, and understand how important they consider their own health, and what they do to preserve it. Beyond this, research results also help outline the relevant foodstuff consumption habits of the generation, which may help define the target groups of healthy lifestyle, and organise health education campaigns better aimed at the Z Generation.

Salmo trutta labrax) in the Eastern Black Sea Region. It has been determined that silicate protozoan parasites are responsible for fish mortality in different fish farms. During the study, four different ciliate protozoan parasite (Apiosoma sp., Ambiphyra sp., Epistylis sp., and Vorticella sp.,) from different disease cases were determined on the Black Sea trout sampled from fish farms in the region. During the sampling, it is determinated that the prevalence of Apiosoma sp., and Ambiphyra sp., was higher among these silicate protozoan parasites. It has been found out that in the chronic phase of the disease, secondary bacterial and fungal agents (especially, Aeromonas hydrophila and Saprolegnia parasitica) are caused serious economic loss. Furthermore, it was determined that the disease was complicated by fungal infections. The different disinfectants have been applied for 60 minutes at dose of 200 ppm formalin, 100 ppm + 10 ppm chloramine-T, 100 ppm hydrogen peroxide, 2 ppm potassium permanganate and 10 ml/L acetic acid in the treatment of these ciliate protozoan parasites. It has been determined that the most effective chemical is hydrogen peroxide in the treatment of the disease. It has been determined that hydrogen peroxide is the most effective chemical in the treatment of the disease. Also, it was found that the water temperature fell below the prevalence of ciliate protozoan parasites by rising above 15 °C.

Black Sea trout (184.22 g mean weight) were transferred from a private trout farm to a research center and restocked in a fiberglass square tank. After acclimation to culture conditions (at a water temperature of 15 °C) for 2 weeks, the fish in the experiment were exposed to 25 °C water temperature for 30 min, and the stress responses of the fish were examined at 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, and 72 h. After acute thermal shock, cortisol and glucose levels increased during the first hour in the experimental group. However, cortisol and glucose levels returned to their normal values after 6 and 36 h, respectively. Lysozyme activity decreased at 3 h and rose to its normal level at 12 h after the experiment. Total protein and serum ion concentrations were also affected and fluctuated due to acute thermal stress. Short-term acute thermal exposure also caused a serum ionic imbalance in the trout, but homeostasis was restored at 72 h.

Diff erences between diff erent levels of vitamin C were found statistically significant (P<0.01). Diff erences between treatment groups regarding feed conversion ratio were also found statistically significant (P<0.01). The best feed conversion ratio was determined as 1.42±0.11 on average in the group fed on nutrition with 500 mg/kg vitamin C addition, and the lowest was as 1.68±0.22 in the control group. According to the results of the analysis on the characteristics of meat composition, condition factor was found statistically insignificant (P>0.05), while hepatosomatic and viscerosomatic indices were statistically significant (P<0.05).

A total of 4260 fish was examined; the overall prevalence of the I. multifiliis, I. necator and Trichodina spp. infestation in the fish was 20.69, 37.93, and 41.38%, respectively. The most intensity and variety of parasites were observed in May and their infestation continued until October. None of the parasites was observed from October to April. Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, and Trichodina spp. are observed on three species of trout and I. necator was not observed on brook trout. After treating fish with different concentration of formaldehyde, trichlorfon, dichlorvos, amitraz, cypermethrin, KMnO 4 , chloramin-T, salt, and vinegar, salt, formaldehyde, and vinegar were appeared to be the most effective chemicals to treat all parasitic infestation while the other chemicals were not effective or suitable for treatment of all infestation. Concentration of 0.2 ml/l formaldehyde was highly toxic to brown trout.

The research were carried out in order to determine residue depletion of oxytetracycline HCl in the muscle and skin of Listonella anguillarum infected sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) which were held in floating net cage placed in sea water. They were fed with commercial pelleted diet at a rate of 1 %biomass. Oxytetracycline HCl were given to fish one time in a day 75 mg/kg living weight for 10 days in the fed. It was attached to the pellet with mixing starch. Muscle and skin without scales and bones were sampled from fish netted at different intervals after last treatment (1 st , 2 nd ,

During the outbreak, 40% of the rainbow trout (10-40 g) died. Typical clinical signs were exophthalmia, dark pigmentation, hemorrhage at the base of the pectoral, pelvic, anal fins and around the vent. Internal signs were enlarged spleen, pale liver and intestine filled with yellowish fluid. Liver, kidney and spleen of diseased fish, were aseptically streaked on Tryptic Soy Agar. After incubation, pure cultured colonies were observed and biochemically characterized with API 20 NE and other biochemical tests. Cultured bacterial 16 S rDNA gene was sequenced. Based on biochemical characteristics and sequence of 16 S rRNA, the causative bacteria were identified as Pseudomonas luteola. This study reports the first P. luteola infection in fish.
