The elderly experience limitations in carrying out physical activities during the COVID-19 pandem... more The elderly experience limitations in carrying out physical activities during the COVID-19 pandemic which can reduce the welfare of the elderly. Due to the aging process, physiological changes and decreased immune function in the elderly make the elderly group a group with a high risk of exposure to COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to describe the physical activity of the elderly in the Nursing Home of Banyuwangi. Descriptive quantitative research was performed among 32 elders in May 2021. A self-administered questionnaire was used to identify characteristics of the elderly and their physical activity with the Physical Activity Scale for Elderly (PASE). The One-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov’s test was used to reach the goal of this study. The result shows that the physical activity of the elderly didn’t significantly change during the pandemic t = 0,119; p-value 0,200. It can be concluded that there is no significant change in elders’ physical activity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Di Indonesia pemeriksaan IVA masih tergolong rendah, mereka beranggapan bahwa perilaku seksualnya sudah benar, perasaan malu karena organ intimnya diperiksa lagi, kurangnya kesadaran dan takut akan hasil setelah pemeriksaan. Lewat pemeriksaan IVA diharapkan bias mengurangi angka kesakitan dan mortalitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Perilaku Pemeriksaan IVA Dengan Kejadian Kanker Servik Pada WUS di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kendalsari Malang.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Corelation dengan populasi WUS yang melakukan pemeriksaan IVA di Puskesmas Kendalsari. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 responden dengan menggunakan consecuitif sampling kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan Spearman Ranks. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kendalsari pada tanggal 10 sampai 22 Juli 2017.Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapatkan hamper seluruhnya melakukan pemeriksaan IVA sebanyak 85% (17 orang), sedangkan hasil kejadian yang mengarah Ca Cervik dari pemeriksaan IVA sebanyak 55% (11 orang) hasilnya positif. Hasil uji statistic Spearman Rank's diperoleh ρ 0,039< 0,05 maka H1 diterima sehingga ada Hubungan Perilaku Pemeriksaan IVA Dengan Kejadian Kanker Cervik.Pembahasan: Informasi yang disampaikan oleh tenaga kesehatan mengenai pemeriksaan IVA pada WUS diharapakan masyarakat bias mengenali tanda dan gejala dari kanker servik, sehingga dengan melakukan pemeriksaan IVA sejak dini bias mencegah terjadinya kejadian Kanker Servik.

Salah satu komplikasi yang terjadi yaitu DFU (diabetic foot ulcers). Banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah DFU, salah satunya dengan diabetic foot exercise. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas diabetic foot exercise terhadap risiko dfu (diabetic foot ulcers) pasien diabetes mellitus. Penelitian menggunakan design pre-eksperimen dengan pendekatan one-group pra-post test design. Populasi penderita diabetes yang berjumlah 60 orang, besar sampel 40 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Resiko DFU dinilai menggunakan inlow's 60-second diabetic foot screening tool dengan metode observasi. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan diabetic foot exercise sebagian besar reponden mempunyai risiko sedang sebanyak 30 orang (75%), sesudah dilakukan diabetic foot exercise diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar responden risiko rendah sebanyak 32 orang (80%). Uji statistik Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai p value = 0,001 dimana nilai p value<α (0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh diabetic foot exercise terhadap risiko diabetic foot ulcers. Diabetes foot exercise sangat efektif untuk penderita diabetes dalam mencegah risiko DFU. Penderita diabetes dapat melakukan diabetic foot exercise 2 kali dalam seminggu secara teratur.

One of them is the empowerment of Posbindu cadres in each region, this needs to be done to improve the ability of cadres Posbindu to manage and run the health service work. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of empowerment of health cadres with self-care activity of people with diabetes mellitus. This research used quasi experiment method with design of Non-Randomized Control Group Pretest-Postest design. The population was all health cadres and people with Diabetes mellitus. The results showed that there were significant differences between self-care activity treatment group and control group due to the application of levine based health education by Posbindu cadre with independent t test result on Self Care Activity t value was 24.680 (p = 0.000). For the conclusion is the application of Levine Conservation based health education to the cadre give a significant influence in the improvement of self-care activity, because the conservation of Levine in Posbindu cadre role maximally can influence the way of thinking (cognitive) , motivational, and selection of behavioural care.

Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pekerja Seks Komersial di Lokalisasi Klubuk Kabupaten Jombang pada tahun 2016, dengan kriteria telah bekerja sebagai Pekerja Seks Komersial selama minimal 1 (satu) tahun di Lokalisasi. This research aimed to analyze the implementation of social interaction among elders during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Nursing Home of Jember. The method used in this study was descriptive research with a cross-sectional approach. The sample used in this study was 74 elders at the Nursing Home of Jember which matched with the criteria of research inclusion and exclusion. Di Indonesia pemeriksaan IVA masih tergolong rendah, mereka beranggapan bahwa perilaku seksualnya sudah benar, perasaan malu karena organ intimnya diperiksa lagi, kurangnya kesadaran dan takut akan hasil setelah pemeriksaan. Lewat pemeriksaan IVA diharapkan bias mengurangi angka kesakitan dan mortalitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Perilaku Pemeriksaan IVA Dengan Kejadian Kanker Servik Pada WUS di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kendalsari Malang.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Corelation dengan populasi WUS yang melakukan pemeriksaan IVA di Puskesmas Kendalsari. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 responden dengan menggunakan consecuitif sampling kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan Spearman Ranks. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kendalsari pada tanggal 10 sampai 22 Juli 2017.Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapatkan hamper seluruhnya melakukan pemeriksaan IVA sebanyak 85% (17 orang), sedangkan hasil kejadian yang mengarah Ca Cervik dari pemeriksaan IVA sebanyak 55% (11 orang) hasilnya positif. Hasil uji statistic Spearman Rank's diperoleh ρ 0,039< 0,05 maka H1 diterima sehingga ada Hubungan Perilaku Pemeriksaan IVA Dengan Kejadian Kanker Cervik.Pembahasan: Informasi yang disampaikan oleh tenaga kesehatan mengenai pemeriksaan IVA pada WUS diharapakan masyarakat bias mengenali tanda dan gejala dari kanker servik, sehingga dengan melakukan pemeriksaan IVA sejak dini bias mencegah terjadinya kejadian Kanker Servik.

Salah satu komplikasi yang terjadi yaitu DFU (diabetic foot ulcers). Banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah DFU, salah satunya dengan diabetic foot exercise. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas diabetic foot exercise terhadap risiko dfu (diabetic foot ulcers) pasien diabetes mellitus. Penelitian menggunakan design pre-eksperimen dengan pendekatan one-group pra-post test design. Populasi penderita diabetes yang berjumlah 60 orang, besar sampel 40 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Resiko DFU dinilai menggunakan inlow's 60-second diabetic foot screening tool dengan metode observasi. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan diabetic foot exercise sebagian besar reponden mempunyai risiko sedang sebanyak 30 orang (75%), sesudah dilakukan diabetic foot exercise diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar responden risiko rendah sebanyak 32 orang (80%). Uji statistik Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai p value = 0,001 dimana nilai p value<α (0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh diabetic foot exercise terhadap risiko diabetic foot ulcers. Diabetes foot exercise sangat efektif untuk penderita diabetes dalam mencegah risiko DFU. Penderita diabetes dapat melakukan diabetic foot exercise 2 kali dalam seminggu secara teratur.

One of them is the empowerment of Posbindu cadres in each region, this needs to be done to improve the ability of cadres Posbindu to manage and run the health service work. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of empowerment of health cadres with self-care activity of people with diabetes mellitus. This research used quasi experiment method with design of Non-Randomized Control Group Pretest-Postest design. The population was all health cadres and people with Diabetes mellitus. The results showed that there were significant differences between self-care activity treatment group and control group due to the application of levine based health education by Posbindu cadre with independent t test result on Self Care Activity t value was 24.680 (p = 0.000). For the conclusion is the application of Levine Conservation based health education to the cadre give a significant influence in the improvement of self-care activity, because the conservation of Levine in Posbindu cadre role maximally can influence the way of thinking (cognitive) , motivational, and selection of behavioural care.
