According to William Petty the distinction between market and natural prices facilitates the depiction of price regularities which reflects in the value of the product or service and the market price has many influencers that contribute and affect its performance while many are unseen with significant effects. Petty’s defined assumption of market and natural prices include the systematic yet consistent forces operation at a given time while the market price tends towards the natural price – for undefined reasons.
