First we illustrate some properties of BL-GARCH (1, 2) model, like the positivity, stationarity and marginal distribution; then we study the statistical inference, apply the composite likelihood on panel of BL-GARCH (1, 2) model, and study the asymptotic behavior of the estimators, like the consistency property and the asymptotic normality.

It is this part which properly constitutes semantics or the sciences of significations. how to choose the appropriate process to represent the new realities, how the different glosses make it possible to refine and specify the desired meaning and how the choice of the equivalent can be very difficult since it must be adjusted by certain production conditions see the discursive and praxematic context.

In the texts of the discursive formation relating to Algeria, the stories of such a story tell in a polemical way the confrontation of the space of some with that of others. The study of the mobilized vocabulary, borrowings from French to Arabic in particular, shows that the words are not the lexemes which would find their value in the immanence of the closed system of the language. The present paper aims at showing how the borrowing of the word casbah from French to Arabic, in the precise circumstances of the capture of Algiers, lost part of its original content to take on the perception that the colonizers had of the place. Moreover, there is the observation of values linked to the transformation of the casbah into a reserved area and linked, more broadly, to the colonial context. Studies of meaning, at the lexical level as well as at the discursive level, show that the problematic of the praxeme leads to replacing the identification of differential semes with the understanding of the processes of which they are the result, and in which the experiences of the world which govern.

It attempts to examine the teaching/learning situation of the English cultures at the level of first-year English language 'Licence' at the University of Tlemcen and to find out about the students and teachers' outlooks on the topics that the subjects of the first-year 'Licence' level are in need to consider for arousing the students' interest in foreign language learning and improving their intercultural communication competence, the underlying principle of today's English Language Teaching. The present investigation is, in fact, based on the hypothesis that the teaching/learning of the foreign cultures at the aforementioned university level is in need of a reconsideration of content, namely 'little c' culturebased classes in a culture' specific subject. This is because 'little c' culture-based classes are deemed helpful in making the foreign language learning milieu an interesting and an enjoyable environment and in guiding learners to appropriate language use. The analysis of the data collected from the research instruments employed in this study, namely the students' questionnaires and the teachers' interviews, allows the researcher to confirm the raised hypothesis and in light of this finding and to put forward a number of pedagogical recommendations aiming at a better implementation of culture among first-year classes. The main goal was to lead students to see the link between semiotics, semiology, and linguistics, as well as some of their main terms and how they evolved over time. While semiology is stable, semiotics is presented in different forms: Briefly under philosophy to highlight how ancient it is, and as a generality to spark curiosity and encourage students to learn more about the topic, then according to the first account of C.S Peirce with an eye toward the three types of signs and some ideas that were ahead of their times in his era, and later as an art after it was a science as an introduction to some of the post-structural ideas which will be needed thereafter to understand the raison d’être of fields that fall into it. This course is more suitable for license students following an LMD course and its equivalent in the anglosphere, bachelor’s degree.

(Morris, “The History of Semiotics.”)
