Worldwide, a number of specialised independent institutions (ISO, ENQA, EFMD, Quality Matters Program, ACODE, EFQUEL, etc.) are involved in the development of models for quality evaluation of distance learning. Moreover, according to the latest work of ENQA and EADTU on quality assurance in blended and online education, the quality assurance agencies and institutions in the European Higher Education Area consider as a key issue the quality assurance in elearning, no matter in which form of teaching it is integrated – whether in the form of distance learning or blended learning or other. For example, the National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency in Bulgaria is applying a specially developed Guidelines and criteria for assessment of distance learning on two levels – on a university level in general or on a separate professional field level. The paper presents...

Proprietary workflow description and execution environments are used to create a certain application. In order to overcome existing difficulties and functional deficiency in reviewed systems and approaches, we designed a specific modular structure, which contains six modules. Thus, a multiple process engines utilization feature is proposed. Future development in the field of Adaptive Learning Process Generation is envisioned as well. Keywords – workplace, workflows, business processes.

(DR) as an inseparable part of project metadata, which developers create using the DR Script Editor and DR Step Shop IDE tools. Unique features and operators of the language, such as Flow Identifier are defined and example usages are depicted and explained. The paper describes an innovative method of process steps addressing using flow identifiers and position context and current step number context. The trigger subsystem is described, the types of triggers of various events are listed, and examples are given. Output documents generation mode of the interpreter is functionally described and special built-in operators in the language grammar and global variables, aim to make the process as easy as possible.

The basic model allows the creation and usage of both high-level constructs that are available in all popular business modeling standards as well as low-level programming language constructs that allow the implementations of new building blocks. Amongst the main features of the system are the capability of the blocks to implement their own custom visualization using the same workflow model, the centralized independent hosting and execution of the models, the ability to hot-swap a compiled and running model with another (newer) one and the automatic wrapping of web services and .NET libraries into ILNET building blocks.

A formal model is proposed to facilitate adaptivity in terms of pursuing personal and corporate goals. Software prototypes, which prove the applicability of the model, are presented and discussed.

The system allows modelling processes in the form of "workflows", accumulation, aggregation and synthesis of information e-resources in relevant digital repositories, virtualization of processes, dynamic visualization of processes and/or their elements, integration and synchronization of heterogeneous software systems working with the system. A special focus is set on processes related to Quality Evaluation.

The system gives up interactive means to main participants in virtual therapeutical process, including creating and experimenting on therapeutical methods (for speech therapist), to pass complete therapeutical course (for people with communicative disorders), diagnosis and consulting, self-education with aim voice quality improvement, etc.

In the work is proposed a schema for the process of automatic generation of assessment items.
