The employees have different attitudes and approach in their workplace environment and they continuously strive in the positive manner to achieve those pre-defined goals once they enter the organization of their choice. The role played by engagement on employees is such that the behaviour, values and the expectations of employees is directed towards the fulfilment of overall organizational goals and individual goals. The literature survey of employee engagement showed a strong relationship with the employee's performance and to enhance this association the workplace environment of an organization shall always work towards learning new things and developing the ideas that help the employees to keep themselves engaged in a long term. Huge market potential made India most favorable destination for insurance products around the wor... more Huge market potential made India most favorable destination for insurance products around the world and all of them aiming at building brands that can earn loyalty and win the trust of customers. The brand valuation of wellknown FMCG companies like P&G, HLL, Pepsico etc. valued at sums larger than their turnovers. However, all brands do not succeed in becoming highly valued brands. When it comes to succeeding with branding, one of the key aspects of branding has been winning the 'trust' of consumers. This research sets out to focus on the various aspects that earn brand trust of customers for public & private insurance companies in India. Through a survey of customers and elucidates the factors an organization need to manage to enable brand trust. The research is based on field data collected from 300 customers. The findings indicate that service consumer brand trust in India is influenced by five potential factors viz. Managerial & Technical Skills, Moral Values, Marketing Skills, CRM, Trust worthiness. The strategic & managerial implications of the current research is that service organizations like „Insurance‟ should focus more on shaping employees‟ intrinsic and extrinsic qualities (attributes) to build brand trust and loyalty among customers.

It is being chewing some times on occasions, some time due to traditional heritage, some times as fashion and sometimes people are addicted. The study explains v arious hazardous dimensions of pan masala and polythene sachets on the environment as well as human health. Research studied the intention of government banni ng polythene sachets and measuring people perception t owards these ban. 200 respondents were asked to res pond on self designed questionnaire and found out how peopl e respond on such initiatives taken by government.

This study focuses on the nursing quality of working environment in private hospitals of Indore. This paper attempts to identify the relationship that exists among quality of work life (QWL), employee motivation and employee engagement of nurses working in private hospitals situated in Indore City. The results projected are based on technical analysis. The research design was descriptive and non-probability convenience sampling method was applied to select nurses from private hospitals of Indore City. The total number of respondents for this study was 200. To find out the relationship correlation coefficient has been calculated with significant at 0.01 and 0.05 levels. The study also analyses the moderating role of employee motivation between QWL and employee engagement.

The study concentrates on introduction of technology for social use and its impact on social well... more The study concentrates on introduction of technology for social use and its impact on social wellbeing of adolescent. 378 adolescent from 13 different CBSE schools in India has been targeted for the analysis. 180 male teenagers and 198 female teenagers of three ‘class standard’ viz. 5th, 8th & 10th are targeted. The age of the teenagers range from 10 yrs to 18 yrs. Independent T-test & Pearson Correlation analysis is done through SPSS 20. Impact of technology on social wellbeing of adolescent is analyzed using T-test and association of level of ‘technological gadgets used’ and ‘social wellbeing of teenagers’ is evaluated using ‘Pearson Correlation’. The study found female teenagers are fonder of technological gadgets ((M= 3.9343, SD= 0.3455) & available on social platform for long time than male teenagers (M= 3.8068, SD= 0.4152). Strong inverse relationship is identified between ‘level of technology used and social wellbeing’ of teenagers. With a positive increase in usage of gadget...

The gap between male and female child ratio in various parts of globe including India has become ... more The gap between male and female child ratio in various parts of globe including India has become a series problem to the nations. Specifically, Asian countries like India, China, and many parts of Middle East countries facing such a severe problem. The ever-increasing gap in India is bringing serious cause of socially imbalanced economy, which may affect the sustainable growth of nation as one of the fastest growing economy in the world. Gender balance in any economy play a vital role for overall development of the nation. With this view, the current study has been taken to understand the reason of such gaps in the society and learn about the serious cause and effect of imbalance. The study is conducted in central India, Madhya Pradesh (M.P.) that is determined by its multi facets business blogs, diversified demographics, multiple ethnicities and socially shared destination. A great combination of these qualities will provide an insight into the cause of gender imbalance on the ground of different characteristics of people belong to Indore.

The study also explores how CG and EE work for corporate excellence in today's competitive world. The study further analyzes what parameters work to increase employee engagement and how employee engagement work for corporate excellence. For this, the study further identifies various parameters ensuring corporate excellence and get respondents’ opinion on firm's excellence at various fronts. It also establishes the relationship among corporate governance, employee engagement and corporate excellence.
