Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 19 Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 19 Palembang kelas XII IPA Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020 yang terdiri dari tujuh kelas, dan berjumlah sebanyak 251 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XII IPA 4 sebanyak 33 orang siswa, yang diambil menggunakan metode Purposif sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pra-experimental design, dengan desain One Group Pretest-Postest Design (satu kelompok pretest-postes). Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,91 dan t-tabel adalah 2,01. Jika dibandingkan nilai t-hitung dengan t-tabel maka nilai t-hitung > t-tabel, atau 4,91 > 2,01. Objective To explore the effect of chronic lesions in implantation biopsy on the function and sur... more Objective To explore the effect of chronic lesions in implantation biopsy on the function and survival of renal grafts from donation after cardiac death (DCD) donors. Methods Preimplant kidney biopsy from DCD donors from July 2011 to December 2014 was retrospectively reviewed. There were 71 cases of DCD donors including 14 cases of China Category Ⅱ and 57 cases of China Category Ⅲ. The causes of death were brain trauma (n=25), cerebrovascular accident (n=38), brain tumor (n=2), and anoxia (n=6). The rate of glomorulosclerosis (GS) and Remuzzi score of the kidneys were calculated and the effects of GS and Remuzzi score on the renal graft function and survival time were evaluated. Results Needle biopsies were performed on 41 cases with glomeruli 23.7±9.6 (2 strips), and wedge biopsies were performed on 30 cases with glomeruli 37.2±16.7. With each new node, cost and complexity of logic technology increases while being challenged to p... more With each new node, cost and complexity of logic technology increases while being challenged to provide the historical expected improvement in performance. This paper reviews the latest trends and advances in technology to enable logic scaling. Dimensional scaling, enabled by EUV lithography, will continue with advances in multi-patterning. Higher costs of EUV multi-patterning will be mitigated by high (0.55) numerical aperture (NA) EUV simplifying the patterning and potentially leading to higher yield. Logic standard cell scaling below 6-track (6T) with adequate drive current per footprint will require adoption of Gate-All-Around (GAA) device architectures, like nanosheets, along with scaling boosters like buried power rails (BPR) and semi-damascene metal integration scheme with air-gaps. Scaling below 5-track (5T) will require new compact device architectures like complementary FETs (CFETs) and alternate intra-cell interconnect layouts. Slowing SRAM scaling can also benefit from migration to BPR, forksheets and CFETs. Channels formed from 2D materials can theoretically enable gate length (Lg) and contacted poly pitch (CPP) scaling. Several new material innovations will be needed to enable 2D atomic channel transistors. Changing our view from circuits to systems, 3D integration techniques will continue to enable subsystem scaling like cache partitioning of SoCs to improve memory access. Finally, a methodology to estimate the environmental impact of technology scaling choices is proposed.

Penelitian ini menggunakan dadih sebanyak 2000 g dan tepung wortel 200 g. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah penambahan tepung wortel sebanyak A (0%), B (5%), C (10%), D (15%), E (20%). Peubah yang diamati adalah kadar lemak, kolesterol, dan kandungan aktivitas antioksidan, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung wortel terhadap dadih berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0.01) menurunkan kadar lemak, kadar kolesterol, dan meningkatkan aktivitas antioksidan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh penambahan tepung wortel pada dadih pada perlakuan E (20%) memberikan hasil terbaik dengan kadar lemak 21,34%, kadar kolesterol 10,91 mg/dl, dan aktivitas antioksidan 64,82 %.
