The Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia is the government institution that car... more The Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia is the government institution that carries out services in civil and administrative matters whereby the Deputy Attorney General for Civil and Administrative Matters (Jam Datun) executes the task. This research is to ascertain customer satisfaction toward the quality of Jam Datun's services by analyzing the variable of service that are important to service user satisfaction and the Jam Datun's service user satisfaction level. This research utilizes the saturated sampling method with online survey techniques to all Jam Datun Service users in 2021, which amounted 82 service users that is Government institution, State-owned enterprises, Subsidiaries of Stateowned enterprises and their affiliates, as well as consortia of State-owned enterprises. The data obtained has been processed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the IPA analysis showed that the essential attributes based on service users' perceptions are Clarity of information on the stages of handling cases or legal services and Excellencies of accomplishing the legal services to certain legal matters. The results of CSI analysis are 85.58% indicating that the index of service users' satisfaction in Jam Datun is "Extremely Satisfied."

Indonesian palm oil plantation industry is confronted with sustainability issues that potentially... more Indonesian palm oil plantation industry is confronted with sustainability issues that potentially restrict trade access in theglobal market. Smallholders are actors who have an important role in palm oil plantation sustainable development. Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and past behavior are used as the theoretical basis to see the influence of attitude toward sustainability, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and past behavior toward smallholders' intention to implement sustainable palm oil production practices. This study aims to analyze differences in smallholders' intention to implement sustainable palm oil production practices between independent farmers and plasma farmers. The study sample consisted of 121 independent farmers and 121 plasma farmers wich is spread across Kampar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The result of this study indicates that attitude toward sustainability, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and past behavior have a positive and significant effect on plasma farmers' intention to implement sustainable palm oil production practices, whereas subjective norm has no effect on the independent farmers' intention to implement sustainable palm oil production practices.

Credit scoring is a feasibility test system to provide financing with the aim of reducing the ris... more Credit scoring is a feasibility test system to provide financing with the aim of reducing the risk of default on mortgage financing (KPR). This study analyze the characteristics of customers of PT Bank XYZ and design a credit scoring model for mortgage financing. The data used are the demographics and quality of financing from January 2014 to December 2017. This study compared several methods namely descriptive analysis, Weight of Evidence (WoE) Information Value (IV) method, logistic regression analysis with imbalance data and logistic regression analysis with Synthetic Minority Over sampling Technique (SMOTE) to overcome unbalanced data problems between non default and default customers. The results of the descriptive and WoE IV method compared the logistic regression analysis are relatively different because they analyze the effect of each independent X variable on dependent Y partially without considering the interaction of each variable. The credit scoring model with unbalanced data has higher accuracy and sencitivity than the credit scoring model with the SMOTE method. However, specificity of the credit scoring model by using unbalanced data is lower than the credit scoring model with the SMOTE method. In this study, credit scoring model was created to mitigate credit risk by avoiding customers who have greater default opportunities so the credit scoring model chosen is a higher specificity, namely the credit scoring model using the SMOTE method.

Pada tanggal 21 November 2022 pukul 13:21:10 WIB, telah terjadi Gempa Bumi Cianjur. Episenter gem... more Pada tanggal 21 November 2022 pukul 13:21:10 WIB, telah terjadi Gempa Bumi Cianjur. Episenter gempa berada pada koordinat 6,84 LS–107,05 dan kedalaman 11 km dengan magnitudo (M5,6). Sampai dengan tanggal 28 November 2022, pukul 07.00 WIB, Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Gefosifika (BMKG) telah mencatat 297 gempa susulan dengan magnitudo terbesar M4,2 dan terkecil M1,0. Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) mencatat sebanyak 334 orang meninggal dunia, 1.000 orang cidera, 20 hilang, dan 58.000 orang mengungsi. Pasca gempa, terjadi perubahan kondisi bentangan alam. Berbagai sarana prasarana lingkungan termasuk infrastruktur mengalami kerusakan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari 150 responden diperoleh bahwa 75% responden memiliki rumahnya sendiri. Sijunjung Regency is one of West Sumatra's oil palm plantation hubs and home to several small farmers. Smallholder oil palm farms operated by smallholders have not been able to deliver optimum benefits and are still far behind other plantations, which renders their business exclusive. The lack of smallholder participation in the value chain is a barrier to creating an inclusive business. The purpose of this study was to develop a strategy to expand the inclusive business of smallholder oil palm producers in Sijunjung Regency. This study used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to discover the most effective farming practices. Smallholder Assistance including Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) and Managerial is the most important strategy in this study, followed by ease of access to finance.

The method used in this study is an exploratory analysis based on the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) framework and analysis of internal and external conditions as well as Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculations. Factors that can improve service quality are strategy, design, transition, operation, and Continual Service Improvement (CSI), while the preparation of service quality improvement strategies is accelerating the implementation of transport network roadmaps, developing resilience systems, forming agile teams and improving business processes. The results of the research can be used as a strategic proposal for improving the quality of transport network services in telecommunications companies.

The purpose of this research is to measure the supply chain performance of fresh cut vegetables and to analyze the factors that influence the long-term partnership between farmers, company and retailers. The supply chain performance was measured by SCOR model which its priority was calculated by MPE method. PT MMK is a K3 training service company that has been developed since 2016. However, PT MMK faces some risks in its business activities. There are various problems and potential risks faced by PT MMK, so it needs a business risk management observation. The research aimed to identify and analyze the level of risk faced by PT MMK by applying a quantitative method. The primary and secondary data were used. Sampling was carried out by using non-probability techniques with purposive sampling through the expert judgment approach. There were eight respondents in the research. Sijunjung Regency is one of West Sumatra's oil palm plantation hubs and home to several small farmers. Smallholder oil palm farms operated by smallholders have not been able to deliver optimum benefits and are still far behind other plantations, which renders their business exclusive. The lack of smallholder participation in the value chain is a barrier to creating an inclusive business. The purpose of this study was to develop a strategy to expand the inclusive business of smallholder oil palm producers in Sijunjung Regency. This study used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to discover the most effective farming practices. Smallholder Assistance including Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) and Managerial is the most important strategy in this study, followed by ease of access to finance.

The method used in this study is an exploratory analysis based on the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) framework and analysis of internal and external conditions as well as Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculations. Factors that can improve service quality are strategy, design, transition, operation, and Continual Service Improvement (CSI), while the preparation of service quality improvement strategies is accelerating the implementation of transport network roadmaps, developing resilience systems, forming agile teams and improving business processes. The results of the research can be used as a strategic proposal for improving the quality of transport network services in telecommunications companies.
