The introduction of hijaiyah letters is a stimulation process carried out by teachers to stimulat... more The introduction of hijaiyah letters is a stimulation process carried out by teachers to stimulate the development of language and religious values in early childhood. Hijaiyah letters for Muslims are a basic need in understanding the two guidelines for life, namely the Quran and Hadits. However, there are limitations in media and human resource capabilities in recognizing hijaiyah letters. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of visual video media on the introduction of hijaiyah letters in children. This research used quantitative experimental research on 50 samples of children aged 4-5 years obtained through random sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out by collecting and calculating it using SPSS type 25.0. The results of this research show three data, namely, from the value of the paired sample test, there is no significant influence because the calculated t value is less than t table, then if you look at the results of the independent test, there is a significant influence because the sig (2-tailend) is less from 0.005, apart from that, it can be seen from the increase in pre-test to post-test results or what is called a significant increase as evidenced by the gain value of 30.16 for the experimental class and 16.12 for the control class. It can be concluded that the use of visual video media has an influence on the introduction of hijaiyah letters in children.
