Ceci serait dû au caractère qui paraît chaotique de ses valeurs. En réalité, les suites générées sur les propriétés de cette suite se séparent en sous-suites qui sont constantes où arithmétiques. C'est pour cela qu'on parle se super-suites. La suite de Syracuse peut aussi être généralisée vers une infinité de suites pour donner des résultats assez intéressants.

An ectopic kidney is usually associated with other anomalies such as a malrotation. We report the case of a 15-year-old male who consulted after a blunt abdominal trauma. A left iliac renal ectopia was incidentally discovered. This ectopic kidney was associated with a malrotation, and a pyelo-ureteral duplication. Iliac renal ectopia should be dissociated from other abdominal renal ectopias, and its association with other renal malformations should be further investigated.

We present the images of her diagnosis, which was made in the presence of a painful and indurated hyperchromic cord of the arm and confirmed by Doppler ultrasound. In the absence of deep extension of the thrombus, his management was limited to a symptomatic treatment without anticoagulation and the symptomatology was amended without complication or recurrence.

This situation poses a real problem for population, especially pregnant women who are at a much greater risk. The use of biosensors can be an alternative solution to overcome these deficiencies. This article presents a new protocol called T4PW (TSCH For Pregnant Woman). T4PW uses the Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) and is based on 802.15.4e TSCH standard. Our new protocol aims to provide a real-time remote monitoring to pregnant woman during the pregnancy period and at childbirth. The woman health state is determined from the values measured by the biosensors. Several slotframe templates are proposed according to the health status and the 802.15.4e default timeslot length is reduced.

Anatomical, embryological and clinical aspects are discussed. Duplication’s discovery was fortuitous during an abdominal ultrasound and was confirmed by the CT scan. The latter also highlighted azygos continuation, retro aortic renal vein and an iliac venous anomaly. These variants are important to know in order to be able to differentiate them from lymphadenopathy, para-vertebral masses, and aortic pathologies. It is necessary to report them before any retroperitoneal surgery or interventional vascular procedure.

Initially we attended computer-assisted learning, then mobile technology has in turn been integrated into the education system, hence the Mobile Learning. The technical capabilities of mobile devices associated with wireless technologies make them remote learning tools in their own right. Mobile Learning is a real potential for distance learning because it allows the learner to learn anywhere and at any time to ensure better collaboration between learners of mobile learning, gathered in small groups, hence the new concept of Mobile Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (MCSCL). One of MCSCL's problem is the learner groups' management. This problem is linked to the high mobility of learners (change of position, disconnection of the network, etc.). In our review of the literature we have made a classification of learner group training methods ensuring a better interaction while taking into account the mobility of the learners. In the context of disadvantaged areas, mobile phones can be used for learning.

Nous rapportons un cas de hernie de Spiegel compliquée d'occlusion chez une femme de 86 ans dont ... more Nous rapportons un cas de hernie de Spiegel compliquée d'occlusion chez une femme de 86 ans dont le diagnostic a été posé à la tomodensitométrie Elle avait consulté aux urgences chirurgicales pour des douleurs de la fosse iliaque droite d'apparitions brutales associées à des vomissements. L'examen physique a retrouvé une patiente fébrile (38,2°), une masse localisée à la fosse iliaque droite ferme, sensible et mobile par rapport aux deux plans. La tomodensitométrie abdominale avait objectivé au niveau de la fosse iliaque droite, en avant de l'aponévrose du muscle oblique externe, un sac herniaire avec un collet mesuré à 13 mm .Il contenait de la graisse et une anse grêle en arceau présentant deux zones de transition donnant un aspect de double bec au niveau du collet. La paroi de l'anse incarcérée ne se rehaussait pas après injection de produit de contraste. Le diagnostic de hernie de spiegel étranglée avec signe d'ischémie artérielle de la paroi digestive a été retenu. Le traitement a été chirurgical avec des suites opératoires simples.

The model is using a decentralized system with delocalized subsystems. The solution is based on the use of mobile technology and online labs. It also fits the needs of distance learning institutions (DLIs) and the virtual university recently established in Senegal. This model of learning tool mainly targets professionals on the move within the country (Senegal) or abroad. These professionals, lacking the time for in situ training, are thus given the opportunity to take courses via a learning platform using mobile devices and facilities (cell phones and tablets). Our main challenge is to provide quality service by ensuring connection and permanent availability. Senegal is the setting of the study. This article especially focuses on the technological innovations adopted. The latter are based on a detailed study and analysis (functioning, algorithm) of learners' mobility. These technologies aim to ensure, among other things, the quality and performance of the interactions that are at the foundation of the collaboration.

Introduction: Implementation of the Tatarsen strategy on AIDS-HIV care was initiated in pilot pha... more Introduction: Implementation of the Tatarsen strategy on AIDS-HIV care was initiated in pilot phase in Senegal since 2016 in the three southern regions housing the district of Oussouye. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of virologic failure and associated factors to the virological failure in Oussouye district. Methodology: This is a retrospective study based on the records of PLWAs followed in the district of Oussouye, Ziguinchor region from April 15, 2016 to January 15, 2017 and on antiretroviral treatment for at least 6 months, having performed their viral load measurement. Results: We included 105 patients whose mean age was 42.31 years ± 12.58 years with extremes of 7-73 years. The majority were female (72%), married (56.2%) and unemployed (60%). HIV infection was discovered in WHO stage 2 and 3 in 59% of cases. The mean CD4 + LT level at inclusion was 332.58 ± 245.79 cell / mm3. Chemoprophylaxis with isoniazid and cotrimoxazole was initiated respectively in 33% and 60%. All patients were treated with 2INTI + NNRTI and 49.5% were on AZT + 3TC + NVP.Virologic failure was noted in 24.7% of cases. The median follow-up duration was 38 months 6-145 months. Factors significantly associated with virologic failure were age <15 years (100%, p <0.006) and males (37.9%, p <0.03). Recent treatment, WHO stage and CD4 inclusion were not associated with virologic failure. Conclusion: The rate of virologic failure was high, especially among children and males in the Oussouye health district.
