Loneliness can happen to anyone. Loneliness is not just the absence of other people, more than th... more Loneliness can happen to anyone. Loneliness is not just the absence of other people, more than that, individuals need the social relationships they desire. Individuals who experience loneliness will look for other escapes to reduce their feeling of loneliness. Using smartphones is a coping strategy used by most students to reduce their feelings of loneliness. However, excessive use of smartphones will trigger individuals to experience nomophobia (No-Mobile Phone Phobia). This research aims to find out how close the relationship is between Loneliness and Nomophobia in Bandung Islamic University Students. The sampling technique in this research is quota sampling with a research sample of 390 students. The research design used is quantitative correlational using statistical analysis of the Spearman rank test. The measuring instruments used are the UCLA Loneliness Scale Version 3 and NMP-Q (Nomophobia Questionnaire), each of which has been adapted into Indonesian. The results in this study show that there is a strong positive relationship between loneliness and Nomophobia, as shown by a correlation value of r = 0.544 and p < 0.01.

Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) is the fear that someone feels that other people are enjoying more exc... more Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) is the fear that someone feels that other people are enjoying more exciting activities or without their presence, the feeling arises because of other people's activity updates on social media. Individuals who tend to experience Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) more often are individuals who have the personality trait of neuroticism. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of neuroticism on Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) in late adolescents who use social media. The approach used in this study is a non-experimental causality research design. The subjects used in this study were 403 late adolescents at the Islamic University of Bandung. The scale to measure the level of neuroticism used is the Big Five Personality Inventory and the fear of missing out scale. Quota sampling was used as a sample collection method in this study. The data analysis technique used was Simple Linear Regression Test. The results of regression testing show that neuroticism has a significant influence on Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). The coefficient of determination obtained in this study is .197 which indicates that the influence or ability of the Neuroticism variable in explaining the Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) variable is 19.7%.

Students who experience anxiety, stress, and experience problematic internet use can have low sub... more Students who experience anxiety, stress, and experience problematic internet use can have low subjective well-being (Hui et al., 2011; Chen, 2011). Students are prone to experiencing problematic internet use, because the University itself provides wifi that can be accessed anywhere, besides that students also have a lot of free time because there is no definite schedule (Frangos et al., 2011). According to Caplan (2010) problematic internet use is the existence of excessive internet use characterized by certain characteristics of behavior and cognition, which causes a negative impact both in learning and social. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of problematic internet use on subjective well-being in students of the Islamic University of Bandung. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a causality research design. The measuring instrument for problematic internet use is the Generalized Problematic internet use Scale 2 (GPIUS2), while for subjective well-being using the satisfaction with life scale (SWLS) and the Postive and Negative Affect Scale (SPANE). The sample taken was 390 students. And the results showed that problematic internet use has a negative effect on subjective well-being. The partial determination coefficient test results show that problematic internet use affects SWLS by 11.1%, while SPANE by 44.8%. This means that problematic internet use has a negative and significant influence on subjective well-being with affective aspects, namely through the Postive and Negative Affect Scale (SPANE) which has the greatest influence on problematic internet use in Bandung Islamic University students.

Interaksi sosial merupakan kesulitan yang n yata bagi anak autis untuk melakukan hubungan sosial dengan lingkungannya. Gangguan yang terjadi pada anak autis dapat menghalangi anak untuk berinteraksi sosial atau melakukan hubungan sosial. SLB Autis Prananda Bandung memiliki beberapa siswa anak autis yang memiliki kemampuan interaksi sosial yang cukup baik. Para siswa anak autis di SLB Autis Prananda menampilkan perilaku interaksi sosial dan diasumsikan sebagai pengaruh dari terapi ABA yang dilaksanakan oleh SLB Autis Prananda. Terapi ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) merupakan ilmu yang sangat representative bagi penanggulangan anak berkebutuhan khusus karena memiliki prinsip yang sistematis, terstruktur dan terukur sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus, motorik kasar, komunikasi dan kemampuan bersosialisasi. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. yang bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh terapi ABA terhadap interaksi sosial anak autis. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 15 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah ATEC (Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah mengikuti terapi ABA, sebanyak 11 orang atau 73% subjek dapat memiliki interaksi sosial. Hal itu berarti bahwa terapi ABA berperan dalam pembentukan interaksi sosial pada anak autis di SLB Autis Prananda Bandung. Dimensi interaksi sosial yang paling tinggi pengaruhnya adalah dimensi imitasi sebesar 87% dan dimensi simpati sebesar 93%.

This study examines the influence of Psychological capital on work engagement of Millennial emplo... more This study examines the influence of Psychological capital on work engagement of Millennial employees in Bandung, the authors use the theory of Avolio & Luthans; and Schaufeli to be the basis and guidance in this study, the design of this study used a quantitative research design with non-experimental causality methods, with the aim of knowing how much psychological capital influences work engagement on millennial employees at startup companies in Bandung City, this research was conducted on 85 millennial employees at startup companies in the city of Bandung, using a measuring tool based on the Avolio and Luthans theory for psychological capital and using the long version of the Utrecth Work engagement Scale or (UWES-17) from Schaufeli & Bakker, the data obtained was tested by regression testing by passing several stages of the classical assumption test to find out whether it is possible to use multiple regression tests, the results of this study indicate that psychological capital has an influence on work engagement and of the four aspects of psychological capital that have the most influence on work engagement, aspects of hope with the influence of 19.1%.

This serves as evidence of the progress and accessibility of technology, which is becoming easier for anyone to access. Individuals can experience internet gaming disorder due to high engagement in online gaming activities. Self-control is known to play a role in influencing internet gaming disorder. However, previous research has yielded inconsistent results. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of selfcontrol on internet gaming disorder. The sample used in this research consisted of 102 individuals, aged between 18-25 years, who were college students and players of First Person Shooter online games. The sampling technique employed in this study was purposive sampling. The measurement tools used in this study were the Internet Gaming Disorder Scale and the Self-Control Scale. Based on the results of statistical tests, the significance value of the regression coefficient between self-control and internet gaming disorder was found to be sig = 0.189 > 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that self-control does not have a significant effect on internet gaming disorder. Additionally, based on the R-square score of 0.017, it can be stated that selfcontrol only accounts for 1.7% of the variance in internet gaming disorder.

Self-injury occurs commonly in young people, especially during the development phase of emerging ... more Self-injury occurs commonly in young people, especially during the development phase of emerging adults. It is seen as a manifestation of existential problems, such as obstacles in fulfilling or pursuing meaning in life which is the most basic human motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of logotherapy as an intervention to increase purpose in life in emerging adults who engage in self-injury. The research utilized a single case experiment A-B design involving two subjects, measuring their level of meaning in life with the Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ). The analysis technique of visual analysis, baseline-corrected tau, and Reliable Change Index (RCI) yielded outcomes indicating logotherapy as an effective intervention option for increasing meaning in life in emerging adults with self-injury.

Tujuannya adalah untuk mencari dan meningkatkan pengetahuan di berbagai perusahaan, selain itu juga untuk meningkatkan soft skill. Hal ini harus dibarengi dengan motivasi dari individu sehingga mereka bisa bekerja lebih giat dan dapat terlibat dengan pekerjaannya. Maka dari itu, mahasiswa magang harus memiliki self determination dan work engagement. Peneliti mengambil 87 sampel dari Mahasiswa ITS yang mengikuti Program Magang Kampus Merdeka. Peneliti menggunakan Teknik Convenience Sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk Self Determination adalah Basic Needs Satisfaction at Work yang dikembangkan oleh [1] yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Rhadiatullah (2016). Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk Work Engagement adalah Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-17 yang dikembangkan oleh [2]Schaufeli & Bakker (2004) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Risma, et al (2021). Hasilnya dengan menggunakan Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana menunjukkan hasil 0,004, yang artinya nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kesimpulannya adalah Self Determination memiliki pengaruh terhadap Work Engagement.

However, one of the negative impacts is that there are students who are still not wise enough to use the internet. Risky, excessive, or impulsive use of the internet that causes adverse life consequences, especially physical, emotional, social, or functional impairments is the definition of Problematic Internet Use. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence Fear of Missing Out has on Problematic Internet Use among Bandung Islamic University students. A quantitative approach was chosen as the approach to this study by using non-experimental causality as the approach in this study. With the number of subjects used as many as 403 students of Bandung Islamic University. The scales used in this study include Fear of Missing Out and Generalized Problematic Internet Use Scale 2 (GPIUS 2). In this study the data analysis technique used is the Simple Linear Regression Test. Obtained from the results of regression testing that fear of missing out has a significant influence on problematic internet use. Then obtained the coefficient of determination of .122. This means that the FOMO variable can explain or can influence the PIU variable by 12.2%.

Cervical Cancer Patients at Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung is one of the most in Bandung. Generally cancer patients will show the symptoms of depression at each stage of the development of the disease, starting from the time found the first symptoms when diagnosed with cancer, during the treatment process, and even after treatment. The sadness and fear of the future is a response that often arises, because of a certain meaning inherent in cancer, namely the fear of disability or death (Holland and Evcimen, 2009). The manner, attitude or reaction of insiders against cancer, different from each other and individual nature. This depends on how much the individual's ability to adapt to lifethreatening situations. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical data on the resilience of patients with cervical cancer at Hasan Sadikin Hospital, Bandung. The method used is descriptive study with 54 respondents. The results showed that there were 6 individuals who had high enough resilience in the category, 25 individuals had an average in the category of average, 15 individuals were below average, 5 low-elevated individuals and 3 very low-elevated individuals.

In conditions of increasingly fierce economic competition nowadays, quality human resources are needed. Workplace spirituality can be a potential solution to create a conducive conditions for employees to work as well as possible. This study aims to determine how much influence workplace spirituality has on work engagement in nurses. There are two variables of this research. The first variable is workplace spirituality . The second variable is work engagement. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive influence of workplace spirituality on work engagement in employees. The subjects of this study were 85 nurses who active working and had 1 year minimum service period. The research data were obtained from the Workplace Spirituality Scale (WSS) from Milliman et al., (2003) which has been adapted into Indonesian by Widyarini (2011) and using the UWES-17 (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) measuring instrument from Schaufeli, WB. , Salanova, M., Gonzalez-Roma, V., &amp;amp; Bakker (2002). The results of the study found that 100% of nurses had high workplace spirituality and 98.82% of nurses had high work engagement. The results of the influence of Workplace Spirituality on Work Engagement in this study amounted to 59.90%. The results of multiple regression show that the Meaningful Work (X1) dimension has an effect on Work Engagement. Abstrak. Dalam kondisi persaingan ekonomi yang semakin ketat seperti sekarang ini, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Spiritualitas kerja dapat menjadi solusi yang berpotensi dalam menciptakan keadaan yang kondusif bagi karyawan untuk bekerja sebaik mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh spiritualitas kerja terhadap work engagement pada perawat. Variabel penelitian ini adalah variabel satu yaitu spiritualitas kerja dan variabel dua yaitu work engagement. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari spiritualitas kerja terhadap work engagement pada karyawan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 85 perawat yang aktif bekerja dan memiliki masa kerja minimal 1 tahun. Data penelitian diperoleh dari alat ukur Workplace Spirituality Scale (WSS) dari Milliman et al., (2003) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Widyarini (2011) serta menggunakan alat ukur UWES-17 (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) dari Schaufeli, W. B., Salanova, M., Gonzalez-Roma, V., &amp;amp; Bakker (2002). Hasil penelitian ditemukan 100% perawat memiliki Spiritualitas Kerja yang tinggi dan 98,82% perawat memiliki Work Engagement yang tinggi. Hasil pengaruh Spiritualitas Kerja terhadap Work Engagement pada penelitian ini sebesar 59,90%. Hasil multiple regression menunjukkan dimensi Meaningful Work (X1) memberikan pengaruh terhadap Work Engangement.

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh Psychological capital terhadap work engagement karyawan Milenial di Kota Bandung, penulis menggunakan teori dari Avolio &amp;amp; Luthans; dan Schaufeli untuk menjadi landasan dan tuntunan dalam penelitian ini, desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kausalitas non eksperimental, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh psychological capital terhadap work engagement pada karyawan milenial di perusahaan startup Kota Bandung, penelitian ini dilakukan pada 85 karyawan milenial di perusahaan startup di Kota Bandung, dengan menggunakan alat ukur yang berdasar pada teori Avolio dan Luthans untuk psychological capital dan menggunakan Utrecth Work engagement Scale versi panjang atau (UWES-17) dari Schaufeli &amp;amp; Bakker, data yang diperoleh di uji dengan uji regresi berganda dengan melewati beberapa tahap uji asumsi klasik untuk mengetahui apakah bisa menggunakan uji regresi berganda, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa psychological capital memiliki pengaruh terhadap work engagement dan dari empat aspek psychological capital yang paling berpengaruh terhadap work engagement adalah aspek hope dengan pengaruh 19.1%.

Applying religiosity in everyday life will help individuals have stable mental health, so that the stress level on the individual will be reduced. Based on this, the problem in this research is formulated as follows: (1) How is the religiosity of the citizens during the pandemic? (2) What is the citizens's stress level during the pandemic? (3) How does religiosity affect citizens's stress levels during the pandemic? This study uses a nonexperimental quantitative causality method. Selected population in this research is the citizens of Garut Regency of productive age and Muslim. The sampling technique in this research used is accidental sampling with a total sample of 213 respondents. The measuring instrument used is the Makna Penting Keberagamaan dalam Kepribadian compiled by Wardhani and Dewi (2017) and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) by Cohen and Williamson (1988). The analytical technic used simple linear regression analysis and showed the influence of religiosity on citizens stress, with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. The results show that religiosity has an effect on stress of 4.6%, with the effect being that when individuals have high religiosity, the perceived stress is low.

This study aims to see whether there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style on organizational commitment to teachers. Using a simple linear regression research design withquantitative methods non-experimental. This research was conducted on 69 teachers of SMAN 1 Cicalengka using google form. This study uses transformational leadership Bass's (1985) theory and Mowday & Steers' (1979) organizational commitment theory. Using the Measuring Tool Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) (Bass et al., 1995) adapted by Ancok (2012) and and the Organizational Commitment Scale compiled by the Mowday concept adapted by Ingarianti (2015). The results show that, 42.02% of SMAN 1 Cicalengka teachers have moderate organizational commitment and 49.27% have moderate perceptions of the current principal's leadership. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the study showing that there is an influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment with a coefficient of determination of 17.2%.

Ba... more In this increasingly sophisticated digital era, there are more and more active Internet users. Based on the results of a survey conducted by APJII in 2018, it is known that social media ranks second as the most widely used internet service in Indonesia with a percentage of 18.9%. However, the use of social media is widely misused, one of the phenomena of this misuse of social media is cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is a deliberate aggressive act carried out by a group or individual, which is carried out in the form of electronic media. One of the social media that is often used as a medium for cyberbullying is Twitter. One of the factors causing cyberbullying behavior is self-esteem. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-esteem and cyberbullying behavior in adolescents using social media Twitter in Bandung. The research method used is purposive sampling technique. The data for this study were taken using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) developed by Rosenberg and the cyberbullying tool from Willard, which was distributed to late teens aged 18 to 22 years in Bandung with a sample of 116 people. The analytical technique used is the Spearman Correlation Test. The resulting correlation value is-0.031 and p-value (Sig.) = 0.745 > = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between self-esteem and the tendency of cyberbullying behavior in teenagers using Twitter social media in Bandung.

Loneliness is not just the absence of other people, more than that, individuals need the social relationships they desire. Individuals who experience loneliness will look for other escapes to reduce their feeling of loneliness. Using smartphones is a coping strategy used by most students to reduce their feelings of loneliness. However, excessive use of smartphones will trigger individuals to experience nomophobia (No-Mobile Phone Phobia). This research aims to find out how close the relationship is between Loneliness and Nomophobia in Bandung Islamic University Students. The sampling technique in this research is quota sampling with a research sample of 390 students. The research design used is quantitative correlational using statistical analysis of the Spearman rank test. The measuring instruments used are the UCLA Loneliness Scale Version 3 and NMP-Q (Nomophobia Questionnaire), each of which has been adapted into Indonesian. The results in this study show that there is a strong positive relationship between loneliness and Nomophobia, as shown by a correlation value of r = 0.544 and p < 0.01.

Individuals who tend to experience Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) more often are individuals who have the personality trait of neuroticism. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of neuroticism on Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) in late adolescents who use social media. The approach used in this study is a non-experimental causality research design. The subjects used in this study were 403 late adolescents at the Islamic University of Bandung. The scale to measure the level of neuroticism used is the Big Five Personality Inventory and the fear of missing out scale. Quota sampling was used as a sample collection method in this study. The data analysis technique used was Simple Linear Regression Test. The results of regression testing show that neuroticism has a significant influence on Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). The coefficient of determination obtained in this study is .197 which indicates that the influence or ability of the Neuroticism variable in explaining the Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) variable is 19.7%.

Students are prone to experiencing problematic internet use, because the University itself provides wifi that can be accessed anywhere, besides that students also have a lot of free time because there is no definite schedule (Frangos et al., 2011). According to Caplan (2010) problematic internet use is the existence of excessive internet use characterized by certain characteristics of behavior and cognition, which causes a negative impact both in learning and social. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of problematic internet use on subjective well-being in students of the Islamic University of Bandung. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a causality research design. The measuring instrument for problematic internet use is the Generalized Problematic internet use Scale 2 (GPIUS2), while for subjective well-being using the satisfaction with life scale (SWLS) and the Postive and Negative Affect Scale (SPANE). The sample taken was 390 students. And the results showed that problematic internet use has a negative effect on subjective well-being. The partial determination coefficient test results show that problematic internet use affects SWLS by 11.1%, while SPANE by 44.8%. This means that problematic internet use has a negative and significant influence on subjective well-being with affective aspects, namely through the Postive and Negative Affect Scale (SPANE) which has the greatest influence on problematic internet use in Bandung Islamic University students.

Interaksi sosial merupakan kesulitan yang n yata bagi anak autis untuk melakukan hubungan sosial dengan lingkungannya. Gangguan yang terjadi pada anak autis dapat menghalangi anak untuk berinteraksi sosial atau melakukan hubungan sosial. SLB Autis Prananda Bandung memiliki beberapa siswa anak autis yang memiliki kemampuan interaksi sosial yang cukup baik. Para siswa anak autis di SLB Autis Prananda menampilkan perilaku interaksi sosial dan diasumsikan sebagai pengaruh dari terapi ABA yang dilaksanakan oleh SLB Autis Prananda. Terapi ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) merupakan ilmu yang sangat representative bagi penanggulangan anak berkebutuhan khusus karena memiliki prinsip yang sistematis, terstruktur dan terukur sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus, motorik kasar, komunikasi dan kemampuan bersosialisasi. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. yang bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh terapi ABA terhadap interaksi sosial anak autis. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 15 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah ATEC (Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah mengikuti terapi ABA, sebanyak 11 orang atau 73% subjek dapat memiliki interaksi sosial. Hal itu berarti bahwa terapi ABA berperan dalam pembentukan interaksi sosial pada anak autis di SLB Autis Prananda Bandung. Dimensi interaksi sosial yang paling tinggi pengaruhnya adalah dimensi imitasi sebesar 87% dan dimensi simpati sebesar 93%.

This serves as evidence of the progress and accessibility of technology, which is becoming easier for anyone to access. Individuals can experience internet gaming disorder due to high engagement in online gaming activities. Self-control is known to play a role in influencing internet gaming disorder. However, previous research has yielded inconsistent results. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of selfcontrol on internet gaming disorder. The sample used in this research consisted of 102 individuals, aged between 18-25 years, who were college students and players of First Person Shooter online games. The sampling technique employed in this study was purposive sampling. The measurement tools used in this study were the Internet Gaming Disorder Scale and the Self-Control Scale. Based on the results of statistical tests, the significance value of the regression coefficient between self-control and internet gaming disorder was found to be sig = 0.189 > 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that self-control does not have a significant effect on internet gaming disorder. Additionally, based on the R-square score of 0.017, it can be stated that selfcontrol only accounts for 1.7% of the variance in internet gaming disorder.

It is seen as a manifestation of existential problems, such as obstacles in fulfilling or pursuing meaning in life which is the most basic human motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of logotherapy as an intervention to increase purpose in life in emerging adults who engage in self-injury. The research utilized a single case experiment A-B design involving two subjects, measuring their level of meaning in life with the Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ). The analysis technique of visual analysis, baseline-corrected tau, and Reliable Change Index (RCI) yielded outcomes indicating logotherapy as an effective intervention option for increasing meaning in life in emerging adults with self-injury.

Tujuannya adalah untuk mencari dan meningkatkan pengetahuan di berbagai perusahaan, selain itu juga untuk meningkatkan soft skill. Hal ini harus dibarengi dengan motivasi dari individu sehingga mereka bisa bekerja lebih giat dan dapat terlibat dengan pekerjaannya. Maka dari itu, mahasiswa magang harus memiliki self determination dan work engagement. Peneliti mengambil 87 sampel dari Mahasiswa ITS yang mengikuti Program Magang Kampus Merdeka. Peneliti menggunakan Teknik Convenience Sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk Self Determination adalah Basic Needs Satisfaction at Work yang dikembangkan oleh [1] yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Rhadiatullah (2016). Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk Work Engagement adalah Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-17 yang dikembangkan oleh [2]Schaufeli & Bakker (2004) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Risma, et al (2021). Hasilnya dengan menggunakan Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana menunjukkan hasil 0,004, yang artinya nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kesimpulannya adalah Self Determination memiliki pengaruh terhadap Work Engagement.

However, one of the negative impacts is that there are students who are still not wise enough to use the internet. Risky, excessive, or impulsive use of the internet that causes adverse life consequences, especially physical, emotional, social, or functional impairments is the definition of Problematic Internet Use. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence Fear of Missing Out has on Problematic Internet Use among Bandung Islamic University students. A quantitative approach was chosen as the approach to this study by using non-experimental causality as the approach in this study. With the number of subjects used as many as 403 students of Bandung Islamic University. The scales used in this study include Fear of Missing Out and Generalized Problematic Internet Use Scale 2 (GPIUS 2). In this study the data analysis technique used is the Simple Linear Regression Test. Obtained from the results of regression testing that fear of missing out has a significant influence on problematic internet use. Then obtained the coefficient of determination of .122. This means that the FOMO variable can explain or can influence the PIU variable by 12.2%.

Cervical Cancer Patients at Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung is one of the most in Bandung. Generally cancer patients will show the symptoms of depression at each stage of the development of the disease, starting from the time found the first symptoms when diagnosed with cancer, during the treatment process, and even after treatment. The sadness and fear of the future is a response that often arises, because of a certain meaning inherent in cancer, namely the fear of disability or death (Holland and Evcimen, 2009). The manner, attitude or reaction of insiders against cancer, different from each other and individual nature. This depends on how much the individual's ability to adapt to lifethreatening situations. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical data on the resilience of patients with cervical cancer at Hasan Sadikin Hospital, Bandung. The method used is descriptive study with 54 respondents. The results showed that there were 6 individuals who had high enough resilience in the category, 25 individuals had an average in the category of average, 15 individuals were below average, 5 low-elevated individuals and 3 very low-elevated individuals.

In conditions of increasingly fierce economic competition nowadays, quality human resources are needed. Workplace spirituality can be a potential solution to create a conducive conditions for employees to work as well as possible. This study aims to determine how much influence workplace spirituality has on work engagement in nurses. There are two variables of this research. The first variable is workplace spirituality . The second variable is work engagement. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive influence of workplace spirituality on work engagement in employees. The subjects of this study were 85 nurses who active working and had 1 year minimum service period. The research data were obtained from the Workplace Spirituality Scale (WSS) from Milliman et al., (2003) which has been adapted into Indonesian by Widyarini (2011) and using the UWES-17 (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) measuring instrument from Schaufeli, WB. , Salanova, M., Gonzalez-Roma, V., &amp;amp; Bakker (2002). The results of the study found that 100% of nurses had high workplace spirituality and 98.82% of nurses had high work engagement. The results of the influence of Workplace Spirituality on Work Engagement in this study amounted to 59.90%. The results of multiple regression show that the Meaningful Work (X1) dimension has an effect on Work Engagement. Abstrak. Dalam kondisi persaingan ekonomi yang semakin ketat seperti sekarang ini, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Spiritualitas kerja dapat menjadi solusi yang berpotensi dalam menciptakan keadaan yang kondusif bagi karyawan untuk bekerja sebaik mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh spiritualitas kerja terhadap work engagement pada perawat. Variabel penelitian ini adalah variabel satu yaitu spiritualitas kerja dan variabel dua yaitu work engagement. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari spiritualitas kerja terhadap work engagement pada karyawan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 85 perawat yang aktif bekerja dan memiliki masa kerja minimal 1 tahun. Data penelitian diperoleh dari alat ukur Workplace Spirituality Scale (WSS) dari Milliman et al., (2003) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Widyarini (2011) serta menggunakan alat ukur UWES-17 (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) dari Schaufeli, W. B., Salanova, M., Gonzalez-Roma, V., &amp;amp; Bakker (2002). Hasil penelitian ditemukan 100% perawat memiliki Spiritualitas Kerja yang tinggi dan 98,82% perawat memiliki Work Engagement yang tinggi. Applying religiosity in everyday life will help individuals have stable mental health, so that the stress level on the individual will be reduced. Based on this, the problem in this research is formulated as follows: (1) How is the religiosity of the citizens during the pandemic? (2) What is the citizens's stress level during the pandemic? (3) How does religiosity affect citizens's stress levels during the pandemic? This study uses a nonexperimental quantitative causality method. Selected population in this research is the citizens of Garut Regency of productive age and Muslim. The sampling technique in this research used is accidental sampling with a total sample of 213 respondents. The measuring instrument used is the Makna Penting Keberagamaan dalam Kepribadian compiled by Wardhani and Dewi (2017) and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) by Cohen and Williamson (1988). The analytical technic used simple linear regression analysis and showed the influence of religiosity on citizens stress, with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. The results show that religiosity has an effect on stress of 4.6%, with the effect being that when individuals have high religiosity, the perceived stress is low.

This study aims to see whether there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style on organizational commitment to teachers. Using a simple linear regression research design withquantitative methods non-experimental. This research was conducted on 69 teachers of SMAN 1 Cicalengka using google form. This study uses transformational leadership Bass's (1985) theory and Mowday & Steers' (1979) organizational commitment theory. Using the Measuring Tool Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) (Bass et al., 1995) adapted by Ancok (2012) and and the Organizational Commitment Scale compiled by the Mowday concept adapted by Ingarianti (2015). The results show that, 42.02% of SMAN 1 Cicalengka teachers have moderate organizational commitment and 49.27% have moderate perceptions of the current principal's leadership. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the study showing that there is an influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment with a coefficient of determination of 17.2%.

Ba... more In this increasingly sophisticated digital era, there are more and more active Internet users. Based on the results of a survey conducted by APJII in 2018, it is known that social media ranks second as the most widely used internet service in Indonesia with a percentage of 18.9%. However, the use of social media is widely misused, one of the phenomena of this misuse of social media is cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is a deliberate aggressive act carried out by a group or individual, which is carried out in the form of electronic media. One of the social media that is often used as a medium for cyberbullying is Twitter. One of the factors causing cyberbullying behavior is self-esteem. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-esteem and cyberbullying behavior in adolescents using social media Twitter in Bandung. The research method used is purposive sampling technique. The data for this study were taken using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) developed by Rosenberg and the cyberbullying tool from Willard, which was distributed to late teens aged 18 to 22 years in Bandung with a sample of 116 people. The analytical technique used is the Spearman Correlation Test. The resulting correlation value is-0.031 and p-value (Sig.) = 0.745 > = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between self-esteem and the tendency of cyberbullying behavior in teenagers using Twitter social media in Bandung.

Interaksi sosial merupakan kesulitan yang n yata bagi anak autis untuk melakukan hubungan sosial dengan lingkungannya. Gangguan yang terjadi pada anak autis dapat menghalangi anak untuk berinteraksi sosial atau melakukan hubungan sosial. SLB Autis Prananda Bandung memiliki beberapa siswa anak autis yang memiliki kemampuan interaksi sosial yang cukup baik. Children National commision (komnas) noted that the highest crime type since 2007 is sodomy to children. The sodomy impacts on children psychologically, cognitively, emotionally, socially. The sodomy victims teenagers of village X experience traumatic and bad impacts in about 6 months such as fear, discomfort, unconfident and anti social. However, the sodomy victims teenagers of village Y can survive from distress in one month. According to Grotberg (1999) that reliciency is an individual ability or capacity to face, overcome, be stronger and even change because of bad and difficult experience.
