The purpose of this research is to analyze the management of interest and talent development of M... more The purpose of this research is to analyze the management of interest and talent development of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Serpong Tanggerang Selatan students, the management studied consists of planning, implementation, and evaluation of the development of students' interests and talents. The research method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative research method with explanatory research type that is telling and describe the real findings found by the researcher. The results obtained by researchers in the form of madrasah profile, history of madrasah, and findings obtained through observation of facts and photographs documentation, interviews, and document data. The results of the study describe the process of student development planning designed during work meetings and school coordination conducted every year, then performed the implementation that begins with the recruitment of students to enter the program of interest and talent development of students in the form of extracurricular, compulsory school program, and Club Field of Study. After the implementation, the evaluation of the talent development program and the interests of the shortcomings that occur during implementation and there are recommendations that answer follow-up implementation of development programs to be implemented in the next year. In this study coordination that occurs between the Principal, Guidance and Counseling Services, and Student Section has been structured and regularly according to job desk assigned to the description of each section. Coordination is done regularly and the implementation has been organized with a clear structure that can be controlled by the development of interests, talents, and achievements that are on the part of Student Affairs. There is an interesting discovery that there is no difficulty in the development of gifted students because of their achievement orientation and fully facilitated in all aspects of the school.

Mikrokomputer ini masih sangat jarang digunakan terutama di Indonesia dan memiliki banyak fungsi, selain berfungsi sebagai kontroler juga berfungsi sebagai server yang biasa digunakan pada computer. Keunggulan lain dari Raspberry Pi 2 ini memiliki RAM 1G dan dapat dinyalakan dengan tegangan 5V 0,8 A. Raspberry Pi 2 beroperasi mengendalikan sebuah kamera untuk mengambil foto pengunjung yang menghadap kearah kamera dalam jarak maksimal 1 meter. Hasil foto yang ditangkap oleh kamera akan disimpan pada folder yang terdapat di Raspberry Pi 2, operator mengakses folder menggunakan VNC Viewer yang dapat diakses saat Wi-Fi Raspberry Pi 2 terkoneksi dengan operator, sehingga operator mengetahui pengunjung yang memasuki pintu apartemen dan segera membukakan pintu. The size and pattern of this fertility reduction has important implications for antenatal clinic-based surveillance of the epidemic and also for estimates and projections of the demographic impact of the epidemic. This paper examines the association between HIV and fertility in Kisesa, a rural area in Tanzania, where HIV prevalence among adults is about 6% and gradually increasing. The analysis is based on data obtained through a demographic surveillance system in Kisesa during 1994–98 and two large sero-surveys of all residents in 1994–95 and 1996–97. The HIV-associated fertility reduction among women was investigated by estimating fertility rates by HIV status and prevalence rates by fertility status.
