For this, we mapped features grouped into six groups: organizational, human resources, project, process, product / service and software process improvement. The article summarizes the results obtained for each of the groups cited.

The analysis of the multiple intelligences developed by Gardner is important, because it makes po... more The analysis of the multiple intelligences developed by Gardner is important, because it makes possible to know the learning styles so much to the teachers as for the students. The objective of this study was to present the results of a research accomplished in the Regional University of Blumenau (FURB) with the students of the degree course in Administration using the Inventory of the Multiple Intelligences (IIM) created by Armstrong (2001), still making considerations for the development of teaching strategies on the part of the teachers through the concept of the 8 multiple intelligences proposed by Gardner. The used methodology went to the descriptive research, with method of the type rising with quantitative data. Data were collected with 305 students of the degree course in Administration, divided with emphasis in the course External Trade and in the course Business Administration. The analysis was accomplished through the theory of regression analysis with aid of the software LHStat. The intelligences that more it highlighted were the logical-mathematics, the interpersonal intelligence and the kinesthetic intelligence, the intelligences that presented decrease went to the intelligences, naturalistic, musical, linguistics, space and intrapersonal intelligence, with this suggests herself new strategies and more appropriate teaching methods to the teachers, with objective of improving the didacticism in the classroom.
The study objective was to better understand the process of innovation and entrepreneurial initia... more The study objective was to better understand the process of innovation and entrepreneurial initiative in corporate textile industries of the region of Blumenau in Santa Catarina for this, the managers interviewed were of twelve companies of small and medium businesses. The research was qualitative, descriptive and data collection instrument used in this study was developed by Goosen, Coning and Smit (2002) and used in English by Guterres and Hoeltgebaum (2008). It is composed of closed questions (Likert scale, with 7 scales from disagree completely to completely agree) with 18 points. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the companies have some difficulties to innovate, such as: do not usually invest in projects with low risk and low return, do not reserve specific budget to invest in developing new ideas and projects, difficulties in communication between teams and lack of autonomy in decisionmaking employees. In departure from the search results showed intrapreneurs of companies to launch new products and cause changes in its products and services, adopting an aggressive posture to negotiate with competitors, their supervisors accept suggestions; promoting freedom, creativity and reward in order to encourage the innovation process.
