Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Ranoyapo dalam m... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Ranoyapo dalam menulis teks narasi ekspositoris. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan guru Bahasa Indonesia dan siswa yang ada di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Ranoyapo menunjukan bahwa masih banyak peserta didik yang belum memiliki kemampuan menulis teks narasi yang baik, entah itu dikarenakan tidak memiliki penguasaan kosakata yang baik atau tidak memiliki minat membaca sehingga memnyebabkan peserta didik tidak dapat mengekspresikan atau menuangkan ide atau gagasannya dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes menulis dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini ialah siswa VII SMP Negeri 1 Ranoyapo dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Regional levies are one of the sources of financing regional development in supporting the implementation of regional autonomy. One type of regional retribution collected by the Tomohon City Government is waste retribution. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of waste collection fees in Tomohon City, and the contribution of solid waste retribution to PAD. In this study using quantitative descriptive method. The analysis data used in this study is the analysis of contribution and effectiveness. The results of the receipt effectiveness of solid waste levies in 2015-2016 was not effective and decreased, then in 2017 although it was still ineffective but experienced a very drastic increase. This research was conducted for 5 months from the beginning of December 2017 until May 2018. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interview to 35 respondent. Sampling selection used purposive sampling method. Secondary data was obtained from documents of Solog Village Office. The results of this study indicate that the construction of PT Conch cement factory industry has a positive and negative impact for the community in Solog Village. Positive impacts are the availability of job and business opportunities, increased income and assistance funding for activities in the village of Solog. While the negative impact is the decrease of agricultural land area due to land conversion resulting in reduced agricultural yields and other potential conflicts due to the emergenc...

Nowadays a lot of new active substances as anticancer cervix agents have been developed. One of t... more Nowadays a lot of new active substances as anticancer cervix agents have been developed. One of the protein targets in discovery of anticancer cervix drugs is Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-Tyrosine Kinase (EGFR-TK). In this present research the Quantitative Structure and Activity Relationship (QSAR) of quinazoline derivatives as inhibitors of EGFR-TK has been studied. Physicochemical parameters of quinazoline derivatives were calculated predictors to obtain the QSAR equation, and was then applied to predict the activity of new quinazoline derivatives. The best QSAR equation is IC 50-pred =-(3.155±19.369)*glob + (2.280±1.291)*mr-(0.136±0.103)*TPSA-(1.599±2.585)*Log P-0.186±8.861, with n = 13, r = 0.896, r 2 = 0.803, F cal = 8.152, F = 2.123, SE =1.685, Sig = 0.006, q 2 = 0.354. Based on the QSAR equation and by using the Topliss Scheme approach, three new quinazoline derivative showed higher inhibition activity than that of parent compound, and molecular docking study has shown the interaction between the those new ligand with active site of EGFR-TK.
