Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pengaruh promosi, yaitu advertising, sales promotion, da... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pengaruh promosi, yaitu advertising, sales promotion, dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Wenak Tok. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel sensus yang berisi keseluruhan dari anggota populasi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan data primer yaitu kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi, yaitu advertising, sales promotion, dan personal selling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Wenak Tok.

The research analyzes the involvement of social network, that is family, friends, and experts for... more The research analyzes the involvement of social network, that is family, friends, and experts formed by entrepreneur for the success of the entrepreneurship process at business discovery phase. Ciputra University students are the population for the study. Sixty students at the second semester are used as the sample. At this semester students are taught to find business idea and to pioneer its establishment. This research uses regression logistics to predict the success of business discovery phase. The results show family members, college friends, friends in group and other friends, and skill encourage success at the discovery and emergence of business phase. Experts do not have impact at the discovery phase and the establishment of a new business.

Bank performance is determined by many factors such as internal and external factors. This study ... more Bank performance is determined by many factors such as internal and external factors. This study aims to investigate the determinants of banking performance in Indonesia. By using samples from banks at the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2016 with a total of 32 banks. Internal factor variables used in this study include company size, capital ratios, deposit ratios, loan ratios, and non-performing loan ratios and banking performance using proxy return on assets and return on equity. The results of the study using linear regression analysis shows the results of the firm size ratio, capital ratio and non-performing loan ratio have an influence on profitability while the deposit ratio and lending ratio do not have an influence on bank performance either return on assets or return on equity.

Perkembangan industri fintech yang bertumbuh pesat tidak terlepas dari para pemakai yang mengguna... more Perkembangan industri fintech yang bertumbuh pesat tidak terlepas dari para pemakai yang menggunakan fintech tersebut. Keberlangsungan fintech sangat tergantung dari pemakaian secara berkelanjutan dari pemakai. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh dari persepsi manfaat dan persepsi risiko terhadap fintech continuance intention pada generasi milenial yang rentang usia 20 – 40 thn. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan jumlah sampel 78 orang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fintech continuance intention sedangkan persepsi risiko tidak bepengaruh signifikan terhadap fintech continuance intention pada generasi milenial.

The start-up business is a business that last for 0 to 42 months old, starting from the discovery... more The start-up business is a business that last for 0 to 42 months old, starting from the discovery phase, the firm emergence phase, the baby-business phase, to the operating phase. Start-up businesses does not always last more than 42 months. The purpose of this study is to predict financial factors that cause business failure. This study uses five financial ratios in predicting failure with student business, namely activity ratios, cash flow ratios, solvency ratios, liquidity ratios, and profitability ratios. The population of this study is start-up businesses high students. The sample in this study is a business that has survived for at least two semesters and has documented financial reports. This study uses logistic regression in the SPSS application as an analytical tool. The results showed that the activity ratios, liquidity ratios, and profitability ratios had a significant effect on the failure of student business.

This study aimed to examine the effect of ownership structure, leverage, and dividend policy on firm value. The relationship of ownership structure, leverage, dividend policy, and the value of the company is based on the conflict between the owners and the managers, and between the owners and the creditors. The study was conducted using path analysis by taking samples of manufacturing company in Indonesia, especially those listed on the stock exchange. The results of this study demonstrate that managerial and institutional ownership, leverage, and dividend policy are able to maximize firm value.

Perusahaan keluarga sebagai kontributor terbesar dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi, seringkali memiliki performa yang inkonsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana dimensi entrepreneurial orientation dapat memberi pengaruh terhadap family firm performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga dimensi entrepreneurial orientation terdiri dari innovativeness, proactiveness dan risk taking. Keterlibatan keluarga dalam pengelolaan perusahaan keluarga digunakan sebagai moderasi apakah memiliki dampak pada family firm performance. Sampel dari penelitian ialah komunitas perusahaan keluarga yang dibentuk dari universitas di Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan alat analisis PLS.
