The effectiveness of the source of disturbance location was finally verified by a positive result of the radiated emission tests in the EMC laboratory using a standardised method.

Both monolayer and bilayer type of graphene structure was investigated under external magnetic field. Measurement system for obtaining U H(B) characteristics of Hall-effect sensors was developed using Helmholtz coils as a source of magnetic field. Results of executed tests are presented in the paper as charts, which were analyzed and discussed. Finally, the conclusions were formulated, which are included in the last section of the paper.

In presented method a frame shaped core is placed in middle layer of PCB (Printed Circuit Board). Magnetizing and measuring coils on every side of core enable measurements of both axis of tape. The results show, that differences in magnetic properties in two directions of tape caused by anisotropy are limited. Research opens possibility to develop two axis fluxgate sensors and miniature cores for power conversion devices.

The researches were held for the following operating conditions ADC converter: with battery supply or with switching power supply, for different ambient temperatures, with the optocouplers through the signal lines, with using two different voltage reference source, and with using shield. Of the results of measurements were calculated standard deviation in the number of points. Standard deviation were use it to quantify the impact on the accuracy of the measurements AD converter.

Fluxgate sensors are common used in week and low frequency magnetic field measurements. Recently ... more Fluxgate sensors are common used in week and low frequency magnetic field measurements. Recently rapid development of miniature fluxgate sensors made in PCB technology is observed. Until now single core layer sensors were unable to measure magnetic field for two directions. Moreover no modelling results of influence of amorphous alloy chemical composition on sensor properties were available. This paper presents results of tests of functional characteristics of miniature single tape ply fluxgate sensors with two kinds of chemical compositions of amorphous alloys cores: Fe 67 Co 18 Si 1 B 14 and Co 66 Fe 4 Ni 1 Si 15 B 14. Sensors were made with seven layer printed board. Cores, which are produced using photolithography technology from single tape ply, has frame shape. Thus they are able to measure independent two perpendicular direction of magnetic field. Excitation and pick up coils are printed on board. Experimental results shown strong dependence of sensor characteristics on chemical composition of core material. It proves that further investigation of material influence on sensor properties and optimisation of cores are strong desired.

Presented two-axis miniature fluxgate sensors show new opportunities for further miniaturization of fluxgate magnetometers. Frameshaped amorphous alloys cores for the sensors were etched from 25 m-thick tape. Sensors were made in printed circuit board (PCB) multilayer technology. Sensors with Fe-based and Co-based cores were tested for different values of constant magnetic field in two directions. Experimental results confirmed their ability to accurately obtain two directional magnetic field measurements.

The measurement system utilizing Helmholtz coils as a source of external magnetic field and environmental chamber for setting temperature was developed. Two types of monolayer graphene structures grown on both Si and C face of SiC substrate were investigated in the room temperature (about 20 oC) and their functional properties were compared. Next, the temperature influence on functional properties of both types of graphene structures was investigated using environmental chamber. The results of measurements are presented as charts and analyzed in the paper. On the basis of the results, conclusions were formulated, which are included in the last section of the paper.
